“Absolute Plumbing is a lifesaver! We had a washing machine leaking in the wall and needed someone for an emergency fix. Jerry (the owner) came out personally, within the hour, and cut out the broken pipe, made the fix and tested everything. He wanted to make sure that we were not without water for an extended period of time. One important lesson, if you have a leak you need to be able to shut off the water quickly and easily to mitigate any extra damage. Have Absolute Plumbing install a whole house shutoff valve that is easy to access in emergency situations. Thank you!”

“I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Juan is amazing! He is honest and informative and affordable and now my go-to plumber. I discovered Juan through Nextdoor when I was looking for a plumber after buying my house; he was highly rated on there. I was having issues with my pipes whenever I would run water; it sounded like my pipes were gulping, and the sounds were ungodly loud and annoying. One plumber came out and told me that the noise was "water hammer" and that the only way to fix the problem was to tear into my walls and either locate the exact location of the sound and restrain those pipes better or replace all of my pipes. This didn't make any sense to me because the sounds started almost overnight and hadn't been a problem before. Juan came and deduced that the noise was a combination of things: my water heater was 30 years old and needed to be replaced, and the pressure valve under my house had gone bad. So, I put Juan to work! Over the span of about four months, Juan replaced my water heater (and installed the drain pan and piping for that, which I didn't have before), replaced the pressure valve under my house, installed pressure valves for the hot and cold water connected to my washing machine, installed new valves for my washing machine because mine were original to the house and the cold water was leaking, installed a quarter-turn spigot in my carport, replaced the spigot in my backyard with a quarter-turn, and replaced the plumbing and fixtures in my shower/bathtub that were also original to the house. I haven't had a single issue with any of the work that Juan has done. He does excellent work, and his rates are affordable. Juan is genuinely a nice, friendly, funny individual. He has never tried to sell me on anything, and I have never once felt that he was trying to swindle me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge in this field. If anything, he has made sure that I know what to do in case of an emergency, and he has made sure that I know how to care for and maintain what I have. If you're reading this, flush your water heater annually!”

“Awesome experience with this company. I needed a clogged toilet repaired quickly. I submitted my request via Thumbtack and this company was my first response (within minutes). After explaining my issue, they were able to immediately respond with text information of ETA and the name of the plumber I should be expecting. After checking a few things, they were able to give me my options along with pricing. The plumbers were great! Without asking, they contacted the City Utilities Department for me after discovering the blockage was coming from the City side of the street. “Mr. Rooter was prompt and responsive throughout the entire issue with our sewage drain. I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. While they had to come back multiple times to the house, they only charged us once for the fix according to their warranty. They also provided detail and showed us the camera feed in our main line revealing the clog. Had the original repair man had a camera, I believe the issue could have been resolved in one trip instead of three. But because he did not, he didn’t snake the line deep enough. The final repair man had a camera and located and resolved the issue quickly. I would give 5 stars except for this issue. I recommend they provide all repair men with cameras if they are going to fix a drain line clog issue. But I will definitely use them again and I’m grateful for the proper Covid protocol that their technicians follow.”
