“Great value and customer service - when it snowed unexpectedly they put out free ice scrapers for guests to use! Generally the hotel was clean but I ended up wiping dust from the heating/cooling unit vents after sneezing every time it came on. Laundry room was large and well-lit, and located right next to gym, which had older equipment but sufficient for my low-level workouts (treadmill and stair stepper). No breakfast onsite but the pantry was well-stocked and the rooms had menus where you could order for off-site meals to be delivered. One early morning the fire alarm went off and kept us out of our rooms for about an hour while the fire department came and checked out a report of the scent of burning wires. Not the hotel staff’s fault but still a rude awakening.”

“Enjoyed my stay. I booked on a third party website. Found out when I arrived my reservation was for the next day. A very nice lady at the front desk,changed my reservation and honored my rate. My room was amazing. After a long exhausting flight I was hungry. The bartender was so kind to take my order and deliver it to my seating area. I was shocked to learn that parking was free. What a nice perk! Beautiful property wish I could have stayed a little longer,. It was a quick rest stop before heading to Winchester on a work assignment.”

“The location of the hotel is ideal, as planes aren't heard much. The room was fine, though lights didn't work super well. In general, service was good, but the airport shuttle only runs hourly, so you may have a significant wait in the cold.”
