“Rodney is very knowledgeable and really did a great job working on our neglected chimney and drier vent. When he found an issue in the chimney, he called us over to see what he was looking at and help us understand the situation well. He recommended repairs before using the chimney and made the safety concerns clear to us. He also does not assume that we will go with him for the repairs, and seems to be working to earn our loyalty rather than assuming it. In this way his professionalism comes through very clearly, and I feel that he really intends to take good care of our home. He was also very respectful and tidy in our house during this pandemic - he kept his distance, wore his mask with no questions or complaint, wore shoe covers, and hardly left any sign of his presence in the home when he left.”

We had debated what to do about the carpet on the stairs to our top floor as well as the carpet in our hallway and master bedroom. We had hardwood already on the main floor but both the cost and maintenance was a deterrent. Doug and his team helped us pick the right floors for our taste and budget. They were able to refinish our current hardwoods to blend perfectly with the wood-look vinyl planking we chose and our stairs are now solid wood tread with a white riser. They also refinished our existing banisters and replaced the spindles with a more modern white square. We love coming home and seeing our new floors. The parking is a little tight but maneuverable, I suggest you park along the building and check in BEFORE pulling in front of the dock doors. If there are trucks in there already, you'll make it difficult for them to get out and you to park.
