“Dr. Billings was absolutely marvelous. Very calm and comforting. Very patient and took a lot of time talking with me afterwards. He was not in any kind of hurry. I appreciated how he treated me. Monica roomed me. She was marvelous, friendly and professional. I would have rated this with five stars except for the LPN who works with Dr. Billings, Pam LPN, was absolutely horrible to me. No bedside manner. She was extremely rude. She kept rushing me. I walk with a cane and I have a difficult time moving my left leg. I’m a bit slow but not that slow. She was giving me orders like a drill sergeant. I finally told her I have to take my time because I can’t really move my left leg. She was very cold, unfriendly, and really trying to rush me. I did speak to her about it. She definitely needs customer service training. One day she won’t be so fast and she will need somebody to help her and to be patient with her. But let me repeat again, Dr. Billings is fabulous.”

This last time, after surgery, Michael has done a great job of working with me to strengthen my back and core. He modifies exercises as needed and he encourages me to stretch out those muscles I haven't used for awhile. Everyone there is friendly and kind. Highly recommend them if you need physical therapy.”

“I am SO IMPRESSED by this pediatrician and their staff! I had a really rough beginning with the first pediatricians that my daughter saw, and scheduled an appointment with Dr Vanderhoek a week before my daughter needed her appointment (because of some crazy stuff) they made it super easy to get in there ASAP. We get there and the front staff are SO SWEET so nice and friendly (and PATIENT!), and I bring my daughter to the back, Dr Vanderhoek comes in after vitals and she just asks me for a summary of my daughter’s first six months. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and she was engaged with my daughter the entire time while also calmly listening to me with 0 pressure. She gave my daughter the help that she’s been needing this entire time and didn’t give me a hassle for asking about it. Then my daughter got her vaccines (the nurse seemed a little nervous so it took a little longer than what I normally see but I calmed my baby down after so no biggie.) and after the appointment Dr Vanderhoek called me back to let me know what she was gonna do with my daughter’s meds. She helped her after I begged the other doctor to and they did nothing. I am so pleased with the decision to take my child here!💜 and I love their text line!”

Today we had Nurse Valerie, for the first time, I loved how she was with my daughter. If I could have her every visit I would. Previous nurses my daughter had just weren’t as caring as she was. “Changing Faces is where it is at. A classic barbershop where the barbers know your name and your cut even before you sit in the chair. Excellent barbers that can do anything from a fade to next generation hairstyle. This new venue is much larger than than previous spot but the atmosphere did not change. The prices are reasonable and appointments are available (by barber). If you haven't found you a new spot then stop here first and enjoy the music and the barbershop talk.”
