“We have loved living here. The amenities and views are just top notch. It’s a newer building and facilities and it feels like the apartments are luxurious. With the homes being tucked away from the main road it almost feels like an oasis surrounded by water. We’ve always felt safe and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Jenna and the maintenance team are so kind and good at their job. They respond to requests quickly and professionally. We really wouldn’t be leaving if it weren’t for my husbands job. “The office staff is amazing, specially Leslie. I called for a persistent medical complaint and spoke with her- she ensured me she would take care of the problem. She followed up promptly and the MD sent a prescription to a pharmacy near my vacation home we were staying at. She was empathetic and treated me with compassion. As a medical professional, I know how the supportive staff makes the office what it is. Leslie and all the staff (Nurses, Scheduling Team, Medical Assistants, Leadership) at Roosevelt Family medicine thank you for what you do for the patients.”

“This place is usually clean and the machines are clean, except for one time I went and saw dirt in three machines. I left my wallet in one of the baskets and a tall cleaning guy who was doing his rounds, found it and handed it to the lady in the office at the back. I had called before that and she said she didn’t see it but he found it and I was able to retrieve it. I don’t know his name but that was very honest of him.”

“Great tennis club! I’m visiting for business from out of town and reached out to them via email letting them know I wanted to get in as much tennis as I could while here (for 4 days). Carolyn the manager got back to me right away and scheduled singles and doubles matches for me every day I was here as well as getting me in to a clinic one night. Wayne led the clinic and was outstanding! I’m used to hitting some balls at clinics and getting zero instruction. Wayne kept us moving the whole time and provided very valuable individual instruction while playing.”

“I have been seeing Dr. Bragg for about 20 years. When I first saw her I could hardly walk. I had been seeing another doctor for the same issue and had received several injections in my back for Spinal Stenosis. Dr. Bragg began to treat me and it wasn't long before I was walking longer distances and without pain. Unfortunately as time has gone by, I have developed osteoarthritis in the majority of my joints. Dr. Bragg has treated me for each one. She takes the time to listen before she comes up with a plan of action. I love her "bedside" manners. She has never talked down to me, but has always explained my conditions and her plan of action in terms that I can understand. She is thorough and very pleasant. She is definitely a Keeper. “I don’t know about the quality of the education here but I do know they have some amazing elevators here. They have dover as well as some other brands. The elevators seem to be well maintained and taken care of. The are clean and smooth and the ones in the Webb student center have great motors. I will be back to see more elevators.”
