“Company sent me here when my truck went into the shop. I'm a loyal Wyndham stayer so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Man let me tell you, what a nice hotel! It's also very quiet in spite of the roadway right there. Room 119 was very clean and if there were people in the rooms next to me, even they were super quiet.🤣 1 drawback tho is room 119 is right next to the AC unit and it kept making a noise every few minutes. So if you're a light sleeper, avoid that room. However for me it wasn't an issue.🤷🏾♀️ The shower had great water pressure and temperature. I also love the fact that it was a regular tub/ shower combo in a king room. Not just a shower like at Wyndham 🫢. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in super fast. She even helped me extend my room with no issues. Big bonus for me was the ice cream machine (take that Wyndham 😃)!! Let's just say by the end of my first night, I joined Best Western's reward program (sorry Wyndham 🫣😂)!! Will definitely be back!!”

Maria, their pharmacy representative could have easily told us to go home and called Social Security to get new cards with the proper numbers. Instead she called Social Security right then and spent her time to get the matter squared away. She did it with grace and we were most appreciative. The pharmacist who gave us the injection was efficient and courteous.”

Popular dishes were not close to being refilled when there was a line waiting to order and the cooks came out too late to fill the counter entree items. I missed out in the entrees I really stopped by for because they waited to start cooking them late! The quality of the food kept they’re moral up”
