“The stay here was pleasant. I had a non-smoking double room. The room smelled clean and was a comfortable temperature. The beds were very comfortable and if I could I would have Purchased the pillows they used. The only issues I had was the stopper for the bathtub leaked by so i was unable to relax in a hot bath. Also, the coffee pot did not function. I would stay here again. The above issues were received by the staff and seemed liked they would be fixed for the next person.”

“We didn't stay here but got to enjoy their pool because we stayed at a sister resort.... Ocean Keys... and their pool was not available. We called in the morning to make reservations and came in the afternoon. The pool area was lovely and apparently newly remodeled. Everything was very nice. The process was easy and area very clean. I loved their priority on safety and that only a few people were allowed in the pool area at a time. It was a very nice experience for us and the kids and we were thankful for the way they made the pool available safely. A great addition to our little get away during such crazy times.”

“The room was very nice and spacious. However no sheets or blankets were provided for the pullout sofa bed. We went to the front desk asked, they said they would bring them up. Never did. We called, still no one brought them up. The elevator was extremely slow. We ended up using the stairs most of the time even though we were on the 8th floor. The hotel itself was nice but service and such could use some work.”

“We're spending 4 days in this wonderful clean hotel. The front desk clerk, (Mark) was very nice and greeted us upon our arrival. Our room is located on the 3 Rd floor and a veranda with a beautiful beach front view. Couldn't ask for anything else. Everything was "Awesome"and I think that we will come back next year, this time for our 13th year Anniversary spot.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn for our anniversary in early June without any issues. The pool and restaurant were closed and there wasn’t daily housekeeping, due to COVID-19, but they still had the usual front desk services and were happy to provide anything you needed by request. The hotel was recently remodeled, so it’s nice and updated. It was very clean, the staff wore masks and did a great job to accommodate social distancing and make everyone feel safe! Despite being during a pandemic, it was still a nice stay, since it was right on the beach and the beach itself was open. All of their rooms have an ocean view, so it was very relaxing! It’s on the North part of the oceanfront and is just steps away from the King Neptune statue, we could see the statue from our balcony! Great location and quiet! This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we return to the Oceanfront in the future!”

“I am so impressed by this company. Bryan was quick to get out to my home and assess the damage. He gave good advice on what to do until he could get it fixed. It was a big job and he had it completed 3 days after I called him. He was kind and informative. He explained everything. The work was excellent quality at a reasonable fee. He is trustworthy and friendly. I definitely recommend him and plan to call him if I have any flooring repair needs in the future.”

“This is a great beachfront location--lots of shops, and the pier, within walking distance. Even in the off-season, there are still great restaurants open and some things to do! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Front desk attendant spent time recommending all sorts of things to do and places to eat. Breakfast cooks, housekeepers, and valets are very polite and seem to enjoy their work. The only con: the room was super dirty (layers of dust, dirty dishes in cabinet, food in microwave, toothpaste on the bathroom mirror, carpet not vacuumed, etc.). Luckily, I'm not afraid of dirt, so it didn't ruin the overall experience ;)”

“In terms of an ideal, modest-budget hotel on the beach, THIS is a great stay. The room was spotless, the oceanfront view of the beach is breath-taking, and the location among all of the shops made for easy shopping. The design of the room and balcony is modern and makes you feel like you are at a place where you can relax and be catered to. It's great for all occasions; business, vacation, etc. This will be my go-to place when we stay at the beach.”

“Great place. Several trees which is nice on got days. The lady in office (Dusti) is AWESOME! They try to have a family movie night every Friday night. They also try to do other little events for the campers on occasional holidays/weekends. Laundry is 75 cents per load. It is next to NAS Oceana so there is jet noise (sound of freedom) occasionally. Not sure why people on here book a site next to a Master Jet Base then complain about the jet noise.... Anyway, we like it here and will be coming back.”

“This is our go to campground. There is so much to do for adults and children. They have their own beach parking lot as well. The shuttle also comes through the campground to take you to the beach. The store on site has what you need. Staff is helpful and friendly, bathrooms are clean, and pools are clean.”
