“This is the place to stay if you're ever on Dem Neck Base. Rooms are very well kept and sit right along the water. The beds are extremely comfortable, not to soft or firm. Showers have decent pressure and not hot water issues. Free laundry issues available on each floor for those longer stays. Only thing they could benefit from would be installing a stove.”

“My boyfriend and almost 2 year old son stayed here this past weekend. Every single person that we crossed paths with that worked in the hotel was super friendly!! MY son is friendly and loves to wave to everyone that goes by him and everyone would smile and wave back, one front desk lady even threw his ball to him a couple times. It's really the small things that turn out to mean a lot especially with children! Check in and out was a breeze. Room was super clean. Nothing bad at all to say about this facility, wonderful especially for such a great price! Interested to see what the price will be during the peak times in the summer. Would 100% recommend.”

“Front Desk Staff, All 3 shifts were super friendly and helped with everything we need. Handy Man guy, deserves a raise. Fixed our issue and was super nice. You can tell he is one hard worker. Only issues we had was parking can be difficult late at night and walls are paper thin, so if you have loud people near you, good luck! The coffee shop next door is amazing!”

“My wife and I spent a night here to get away form home for a bit. The room we stayed in was a corner room with Windows looking up the boardwalk as well as the typical ocean view. It was reasonably priced, clean and the staff was very courteous. The only things I saw was a little paint peeling from the ceiling, and we were woken up by the cleaning person, but she was told the we had already checked out, so not her fault. Overall we both enjoyed our stay.”

I did have a problem with the fact that I found a third remote in the couch of the cool out bed that still had sheets on it which let me further know whoever cleaned the room didn't clean it properly, had they change the sheets on the pull out bed they would have found the remote instead of replacing it with the new, one so now there's 3 remotes in the room????????????”

“The Hilton Garden (and I believe other Hilton properties) allowed me and my wife to stay at this hotel free of charge for working in hospital care.. HUGE humanitarian offer during this time of pandemic and greatly appreciated! The lobby, hallways, and rooms were incredibly clean without smelling like chemicals. Parking was conveniently located across the street in a garage (normal parking anywhere at the oceanfront during tourist season is $10/day). The room was spacious and offered a great view, but the TV interface felt dated and limited (I recommend considering a more intuitive and responsive program guide service). Understandably, food services were not provided at the hotel but we wish we would've been informed at check-in which would help us plan ahead.. however they did provide menus of local restaurants that were still operating for take-out. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the oceanfront!”

“Me and my family lived here about 3 years ago, we stayed for about a year. We had a vary good stay with them, always had good interactions with the staff, and never any problems, had a few issues with the home we stayed in, but the maintenance men help us work thru them in a timely manner. Just the past week I ordered something online and I did not update my address on this web site, so it sent it to the home I lived in at South fork, thinking I would not ever see my package, I was just going to reorder the package with our updated address, but the new tenant in our old home gave it to the South fork staff and then the staff emailed me letting me know they had the package and to come by to pick it up. Vary thankful for the help from the tenant and staff at South fork. Thanks!”
