Had an oil change done today, service was prompt. Billy advised me of upcoming 100,000 mile service recommendations and he was kind enough to take pictures of the underside of the car showing the condition. I found that to be a very nice gesture of goodwill and has rebuilt trust.

Service Adviser Nikki Harmon was professional, courteous and very helpful. I was able to make an appointment and bring in my vehicle on the same day. Estimated costs were accurate and the work performed fixed all the issues.

Nikki was absolutely amazing! I called her in the morning and told her the problems I was having with my truck. She was able to fit me in right away and get the problems addressed. I had to call her several times and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Thanks to her and the team, I was back on the road that evening. She is very much appreciated and the company is lucky to have such a great person working for them.

Came into town and our check engine light came on on Saturday evening. I was able to schedule an appointment online for Monday morning. On Monday morning I reached out to Patriot GMC and they confirmed my appointment. When I arrived they listened to the services performed as we prepared for our trip and the OBD II code that we were able to pull to diagnose the issue. Patriot GMC was able to confirm the issue, diagnose the cause and repair the vehicle all in less than 2 hours. With there help I was able to get back to enjoying our family vacation.
