I was going to ask for Matt, then decided to leave it up to fate. When I called, to my surprise Matt picked up the line. I am so glad he did. Matt went above and beyond. He confirmed the vehicle was available. I advised I was picking up a rental to get there. We set up a time for me to view and test drive the vehicle. He communicated with me until my arrival. Upon arrival Matt greeted me with direct eye contact, a smile and handshake. I don’t like my time wasted. The vehicle was ready for me. Matt completely put me at ease during the test drive, while pointing out features of the vehicle. Matt was very kind and patient, while answering all of my questions. However, the brakes were shot and I was unhappy. I called him and told him about the issue as he had said everything was good to go. We agreed upon a price for the brakes and he refunded me some money. The truck is a great truck, clean, and many pictures were taken. If you are looking to buy a truck from him I’d recommend it 100% but make sure to have it checked out by a mechanic before hand. “This is a used car lot so don't expect a perfect car every time. They buy their cars at auction and though they do seem to go over them, they don't identify and fix every potential repair. I bought a decent mini van at a reasonable price but it needed cleaning, two new tires and air conditioning recharge. Overall I'm very happy with my deal and though they could do more to fix these used cars up I certainly appreciate the price I paid. Very fair and nice people.”
