“My Auto Works provided us with excellent service. They went above and beyond when it came to first diagnosing, then repairing, what went wrong with the car we were preparing to drive across the country. They went the extra step to look beyond the immediate problem and to examine everything about the car, which ensured that when we got in and drove it 3200 miles in 6 days, we were confident that it would not just make it, but also serve us well, which it did. I really appreciated the care the team showed, and the expertise of the technician that worked on the car. In the worst possible circumstances, this was the best possible experience. My Auto Works is a shop of great people who really care about and own what they do.”

“We received our 3rd banner we have ordered from Christian Banners today and we love it more then we thought we would! Pictures just don't convey how beautiful and well made they are! We were like two little girls opening a Christmas present, as we unrolled the banner there were lots of exclamations about how pretty it is and lots of excitement!! I also received texts on Sunday about the new beautiful banner in the sanctuary.”

“I don't write many reviews, but this service was exceptional. Nicky arrived on time and was very friendly. My husband is high risk for covid-19 complications, so we asked him to wear a mask, and we wore masks. He went back to the truck and found one without complaint even though he finds the mask difficult to wear while working, which we understand. We really appreciated his flexibility on this. Nicky quickly identified the problem with our leaking shower and repaired it. The price was very reasonable. A totally satisfactory experience. Thank you Nicky and Woodburn Plumbing for excellent customer service and professional work.”

“This is the second home we’ve had built by Cascade West Development (CWD). Our Project Manager was Ken Viola and we worked with Jason on the design for both homes. The quality of our home is impeccable and the attention to detail has been second to none. Naturally there are many things at the final walk through that requires additional attention, but for us, all issues were resolved over time though their quality manager Kristen G. Before, during and after the build process, CWD provided us continuous updates in reference to our initial budget to avoid any financial surprises at the end. Subsequently, the completion of our home came in under budget. Our project manager Ken met often with us to share his thoughts and ideas on design improvements during the construction process. Leveraging his years of experience Ken was able to provide cost effective solutions to both simple and complex problems. A few examples are: 1) upgrading the power requirements for our predominantly all electric home, 2) using a stamped, waterproof, concrete deck instead of composite decking materials, 3) the 4-4-7 siding pattern added a noticeable unique front elevation style to our home and 4) insulating our garage and plumbing it for heat for the future. These were just a few of the great ideas that we took advantage of thanks to Ken’s advice and experience. The value of our custom home continues to grow and without a doubt our neighbors and community as a whole, appreciate CWD’s quality construction and professionalism and cleanliness of their subcontractors. My wife and I highly recommend the Cascade West Development team for your custom home build!”

“Love this place for community outreach! Serenity on the hill!”
Address: 35001 Lewis and Clark Hwy, Washougal, WA 98671, USA
“Definitely is a nice nature area to check out! With it being so close to the highway you don't really lose all the highway noise until you're quite a ways onto the trail, but then you find yourself with no noise but birds and running water from the river. It also has some nice, albeit somewhat obstructed, views of Mt. Hood on a clear day, but nothing to write home about. Overall opinion: I'm glad that I checked it out and it's worth checking out yourself, but it won't be a place that I repeatedly visit in the future.”

“Being that this location is right off the 205 freeway, it is usually pretty busy. Despite the busy location, I've never had to wait in line long The staff have always been friendly & helpful. Propane is sold here, drive up to the propane tank, let them know you need some & they will gladly fill your tank, however the price is a bit high. Diesel fuel is available at this location, as well as a pay to use an air pump. It's been a while since I've used the air, it was either 50¢ or a dollar, Quarters only.”

“Need a new roof? Contact J&J Roofing and Construction. My preference was J&J due to their professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service. The whole team is great and Casey Jacobs coordinates everything for you. The crew is on time and dedicated to getting the job done right. My repairs were completed properly and my new roof (and skylights) look great! I wasn't the only one who thought J&J was the best company to go with for their roof... within my community there were at least 4 other satisfied customers!”

“I have been attending Sacred Heart Parish of Battle Ground for twelve years now, moved up here from So. Cal; and our little church is very welcoming. All are welcome!! Father Aloysius is a very humble Priest; his homilies are always to the heart. Sometimes I think he is speaking to me. All I can say come and see for yourselves.”

“Like many who end up in family court I have little understanding of legal proceedings and processes. I have done the best within my ability to advocate for my son. Protecting our children is typically seen as a beautiful thing and highly regarded by society, but once you walk through the doors of the family court, those natural instincts are weaponized against us. It is only in family court a child having a voice means they have been coached. The outcome I’d hoped for was declared lacking by Dr. Poppleton. Simply put my sons own voice was not “credible”. In my optimistic naïvety, a severe character flaw I assure you, I hoped NW Family Psych would be the dolphins to my Elián González. I now have a better understanding of the confines on family court professionals. What you get in Poppleton is an intellectual giant versed in family law and psychology acting as a diplomat on behalf of your child/children. I am sure he saw the truth of the situation. I believe he did his best within the parameters he has to abide in to create an “environment conducive to healthy development”. I found him to be thorough and a conversationalist. I appreciate his objectiveness and the “cathartic process” he provides his clients. My evaluation lasted just shy of two years. My divorce proceeding are just shy of three years. The time used in this evaluation was painfully necessary. Reading reviews by others my thoughts are this. How long did it take for you to realize your partner was a lying/cheating etcetera etcetera? The same can be said for Poppleton. It takes time to see the reality of any situation. Especially when persons are on their best behaviors to “make a good show for court”, my ex’s words. There were two scheduling issues, one in which I’d taken work off, loaded up the family and driven an hour only to find out he’d been double booked. I find fault in the secretarial skills, not Poppleton. My family and I enjoyed this rescheduled “appointment time” to visit OMSI’s Dinosaur exhibit and creating lasting memories. The other time his office accommodated their error. The narrative fabricated against me was “laughable”. A lot of good people were attacked and took it personally. It is not Poppleton’s place to put this right. Throughout this ordeal I’ve learned the most effective way to deal with someone’s “dark psychology” is to treat it as dinner theatre. Those will illness in their heart will reap what they sow. Laughing, even during inappropriate times, was unavoidable and I did not take it personally but I could see how some would. I’ve spent a considerable sum on legal fees. Every day I go to work realizing a huge percent of my earnings go directly to “my legal team”. I found Poppleton to be the best spent money in the entirety of my case. With his skill set and dedication he is a bargain. All in all I’m thankful for Poppleton. He is very real human and “likable”. I wish there were more people like him in family court. He is a valuable resource for the children he serves. I hope he continues providing excellent service to all who come washed up to his shore from the traumatic hurricane that is family court.”

“Whipple creek regional park is a delightful place to visit either for a hike or a trail ride. If you do Hike, please remember to be mindful of the horses as riders trail through the park. The park is beautiful, and usually a few degrees cooler due to the cluster of trees and the stream. It's a good place for a picnic, or just a hike to clear your head. The paths are clearly marked, with multiple maps to direct you. Naturally, this park is out in nature, so expect bugs, expect uneven trails, expect to see some manure, and expect some up/down hill walking. The only concern I have with this park is the lack of care specifically dog owners have. Often, you'll see dog owners leaving poop bags behind or letting their dog off the leash, putting everyone in danger. I've seen dogs run up on the horses, which can cause incredibly dangerous situations. Please make sure you leash your pets.”

“My BF and I were a little worried at first when we stopped in for lunch, as it had a very outdated sort of “Long John Silvers” chain kind of vibe. But it was busy, full of old people (who are notorious for being particular) and it had good reviews, so we decided to give it a chance. This place did not disappoint! I had the crispy chicken sandwich, which came with some sort of delicious homemade breading, fixins, and a scrumptious bun. My BF had the Mike’s Meat Pizza which he really enjoyed. The best part, though, was the clam chowder! I’m a clam chowder snob and I make it a point to order it every time I try a new place on the coast! Beaches was by FAR the best clam chowder I’ve had to date! The service was wonderful, the crew seemed friendly and happy to work there, and the view of the waterfront was also a nice treat. Aside from the decor, Beaches has it all dialed in. We think it’s a great restaurant and we will back!”

“Excellent local company, used them yearly for moss prevention on roof, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing house/driveway/walkways. Had a cracked roof vent and they were out to repair the next day and recommend a solution to prevent any future issues. Always fast to respond and courteous, great friendly vibe from crews doing the work and the office team.”
