“The Chef's Kitchen Restaurant is open again after two years, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant offers a limited number of seats for a multi-course set-menu meal. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious! It is hard to choose a favorite, but the thai inspired corn soup, the salmon and eggplant, and the chocolate dessert are all top contenders. My partner got the wine pairing and was quite satisfied with the wine.”

“So, it’s our first time in Langley ad we did not know that there would be no options to get dinner past 8 pm. As we were walking home, we saw that someone was in Luso, so we went in, and we were not only greeted with kindness ( they were technically closed). But Fatima welcomed us in despite it being after hours! She whipped up a delicious dinner of fresh bread and Portuguese meatballs in a matter of moments!!! Our family was amaZed by her hospitality and kindness! It’s the best meal we’ve had! It was a lovely evening that we won’t soon forget!! Thank you! We highly recommend Luso!”

“I just had my first appointment today at Dr. Park’s office and I would definitely recommend this dental practice! His staff is so warm, friendly and personable, it reminded me of my childhood family dental office. I look forward to continuing our family’s dental care here! Dr. Park is super knowledgeable and recommended grinding down an old filling that had been causing my chewing to be off and was bothering me for years; my previous dentist insisted it was fine, and it felt better instantly. The hygienist was so lovely and did an excellent job on my way over due cleaning. After reading a few other older reviews I feel their prices are actually quite reasonable without insurance, what dentist is cheap? None!”

“First time on Whidbey Island, needed a seafood lunch and saw the other good reviews so we stopped in. It was great! Staff was awesome, we ordered the 3 tacos to share, and "magicly" received 4 so we each got 2. The fried clams were outstanding, delicious and tender, not at all chewy and the Fish and Chips were some of the best we've ever had. The tarter sauce is the best I've ever had, I could have eaten it with a spoon... definitely worth stopping in!”

An effective business servicing the home care needs of the elderly and disabled has to have heart in it, and this (local branch of a larger) company absolutely does. The office staff is phenomenal: three wonderful , hardworking women who truly care about the needs of the clients, and are also considerate of caregiver needs. For potential employees, the pay is good, the benefits are great (through the union), and the support from the office is outstanding. For potential clients, I am just one caregiver out of many, but as for me: I love my clients, and I love my job. I take pride in working hard, and meeting my clients' individual needs in the way they want things done for themselves. If you or a loved one on Whidbey need care, this is a great company to get it from.”
