“We took a drive towards Lake Washington after an appointment at Harborview and eventually discovered this gem of a park! We came across this fun park during lunchtime and there were many people enjoying the hot sunny day. There were several people swimming and we counted a total of 5 lifeguards, so that was nice. In years past we lived in the Bellevue area and if we had known about this wonderful beach, we would have come and had some fun beach days!”

“I lived in one of their properties for a year, and enjoyed the experience greatly! The hallways were always cleaned, the property manager David (I think it's a family run business) was always very responsive, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, maintenance requests were resolved within the week ALWAYS. I'm writing this review because I haven't had as good of an experience anywhere else, so I want to highlight how good this was. The only reason its not 5 stars is because I made cleaning the apartment upon leaving like a fulltime job, and we still got little deposit back.”

“Beautiful and fairly intimate, small, quiet park with gorgeous views of the Cascade Mountains and Lake Washington. Most people use it as an off leash area just for their dogs...it's not! No toys, just a few statues so there are less kids running around, playing and screaming and laughing. Nice place to sit and read or write in or just enjoy the sun/weather. ****disclosure**** The back "wall/border" of the park is nothing but sun ripened blackberry bushes galore! So it's a beautiful, tranquil Park and tasty too!!!!😉😎💙💚”

“If you are looking for a fantastic haircut I'd recommend seeing Allison B. She's cut my hair for 9 years and I've followed her to three different salons. She's excellent at listening to what you want and making it happen. She's also really creative and does a great job when you say, "have artistic freedom and surprise me." She's done everything from pixie cuts to super precise bobs on me. I completely trust her. Plus, she's really fun and you'll enjoy the time in her chair. Also, she has good dad jokes if you are into that!”

The soft tender tuna coated with the glistening soy mixture is light and enhanced by the rice. The scallop poke is also nice and succulent. It’s always nice to enter a place and just see good food and no nonsense.”

“There is plenty of room to do what you like. There is a basketball court for a pickup game and playground toys for the little ones. Clean walkable pathways and a public restroom. Tables for a BBQ or party in the park. Have a seat on a bench and just enjoy the environment. There is street parking or hop on the #8 bus and don't forget you can always take a stroll in your neighborhood and relax in the grass once you get there.”

“I didn't want to be intrusive coming to visit Kurt Cobain's house but it turned out to be just fine. They also have an area to the left of the house with a memorial bench for Kurt but also for Layne Staley from Alice In Chains. Glad I made the trek. Just be respectful and remember that this is someone's home.”
