“This place went above and beyond my expectations. The wait time was a little longer than expected, but it was finished sooner than they estimated. They kept us updated constantly. They do not keep parts in stock they have to order parts, so it does take a little time, but they do the most they can at hand. They handled everything with the insurance part, took all the pictures, and sent all the information over. Hopefully, I won't have to use this place again, but I would definitely recommend this place.”

They told me people were going to be going to lunch and to bring it in before. I was very grateful when one of the employees took some of their lunch time out to fix this issue. Once they had the new one they had my car fixed in very reasonable time. The car works beautifully now! The manager, Rachel, was exceptional through the delays and kept me informed! She was always very friendly, professional and courteous, despite my voiced frustrations. The mechanics are knowledgeable and I will entrust my future car repairs to this AAMCO business.
