“I was recently in need of an emergency purchase of a new vehicle, and wanted to do things right and get a pre purchase inspection before purchasing a used vehicle. I had already been looking at cars all day, and in the afternoon found one that seemed like a viable option, but I wanted to be sure. No other mechanics in the area had openings that afternoon or took drive ins, so I was relieved to hear that they have drive in PPI’s. The mechanics were super knowledgeable about the local used car dealerships and were able to give me some pointers. They were also able to quickly find that the car I was looking at had some transmission issues that the dealership was trying to cover up, and kindly advised me against the purchase. I’m really thankful that they found the issue and saved me from purchasing a car with transmission issues that could cost $3k-$4k to repair. The only downside is that the PPI cost $140 before tax and after being in a bad car situation, I definitely felt that financially.”

“Love this place. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The vacuums are always in good working order. They have a large waiting room inside and a place outside for customers getting their cars detailed. UPDATE: I Forgot to mention one very important thing. The restroom was the cleanest public restroom I have EVER been in. On my way out I said and I meant it, "Whoever cleaned that bathroom deserves a raise". It turns out it was the young lady at the front counter who did it. I didn't get her name but it was Wednesday, 08/30/23 around 2:30 or 3:00.”

They do not keep parts in stock they have to order parts, so it does take a little time, but they do the most they can at hand. They handled everything with the insurance part, took all the pictures, and sent all the information over. Hopefully, I won't have to use this place again, but I would definitely recommend this place.”

I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but he was very knowledgeable and helped every step of the way. Everyone in the building was overall really kind, and thoroughly helpful. I live in Seattle and don’t have much experience on the bike, so riding home was very intimidating. Manny help find a route for me that would be comfortable and safe to ride, and it went fantastic. Once they had the new one they had my car fixed in very reasonable time. The car works beautifully now! The manager, Rachel, was exceptional through the delays and kept me informed!
