“I ran into a yellow pole in a drive thru and dented my husbands brand new truck on a Saturday. Monday I called and left a message with ACC. They called me back a few hours later, they were actually out of town and in between flights. The owner had me text him pictures of the damage so he could get back to me ASAP with a quote before he boarded his next flight. He gave me two quotes the more expensive option to get the truck back literally perfect and the lesser option he said the damage could be fixed by about 90% and I decided to go with the lesser of the two (knowing we could always decide when we went to pick up the truck that we could always pay the difference to get the truck perfect if we weren’t satisfied). He told me to drop the truck off at 8am Tuesday (the next day!!!) and that the truck would be ready (the day after) Wednesday mid day. They called us at 3pm on Wednesday to come pick up the truck and when we got there it was literally perfect!!!! We were blown away. They were so amazing and even washed the truck for us. The black trim piece above the wheel well needed to be replaced and they called SO many dealerships trying to find it and none had it in stock it was back ordered for months. They finally found a dealer who had ONE and had to talk them into selling it to them and then overnighting it so our truck could be done in such a timely manner. SERIOUSLY impressed with these guys and will never use a different body shop in the future, we will recommend all of our friends and family to use them too!”

“Very, VERY impressed with Polished Image Detailing. Was the service and quality of work great? You bet it was. However, that's not what impressed me. Polished Image chose the path of honesty and integrity on an accident they caused. I brought my brand new car in to have the calipers painted. At some point in the process, their techs accidentally nicked my brake line causing it to become compromised. They investigated and said "yes, this was our accident, we will take care of it." They immediately took the car in, gave me a loaner, replaced the brake lines, and dropped my car off for me within a few days. No debate, no cost. Just impeccable customer service and honesty. As long as I live in the area I am going to bring my vehicles back to Polished Image for any work they can support and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.”

“I came in after getting a flat on the highway. I didn't have an appointment but the person who helped checked my tire out and said they could fix it but it would take awhile because they were slammed. It ended up being about an hour later and I got a call that it was unrepearable and I would need to get a new tire. Thankfully they had one left and prorated the mileage for the new tire (I got the new tires in november) so it came out to be 50 dollars. Another hour to install the new tire and I was on my way. I really appreciate the warranty and communicating with me that the tire it turned out couldn't be fixed and let me make a decision on what I wanted to do.”

“Initially the transmission they had wouldn't work with my car so had to order another. That was expedited so I didn't have to wait 3 weeks to get. Once they had the new one they had my car fixed in very reasonable time. The car works beautifully now! The manager, Rachel, was exceptional through the delays and kept me informed!
