“Great park and splash pad combination. Plenty of free parking and green space as well as a trail for hiking. The splash pad has seating all around with covers as well as a retaining wall and steps to sit. The park has three different structures for different age groups with a gazebo available for party rental. The only down side is the prevalence of bees 🐝 at the park. Will definitely go back.”

“Good collection of trails among the trees and creek. Unfortunately a lot of trash and abandoned campsites- primitive trails have way more trash. Turtles and waterfowl abundant along the creek. Can see Mt. Tahoma on a clear day. Free parking near the gate. Free dog bags and trashcan just inside fence near climbing rock.”

“Very happy with my experience with outside machine and Brad the owner. They do great work and stand behind what they tell you. I brought a 12 valve cummins in to Brad for a complete overhaul and I was quoted a great price. The owner is very knowledgeable about his work. “Like everything else in life, there are no perfect contractors. These days things cost far more than you anticipate. Those things said just in the past two weeks I contracted Beacon Electrical to replace an ancient central breaker box as well as restore electricity to a corner of my home. Cost me roughly $10000. To me that's a lot of money. Now to the positive points: First, by far was my point of contact and the person who performed the diagnostics, provided me with an accurate and fair estimate, and did most of the work. Like me, Zach is a Veteran of our armed forces and even as a civilian he personifies the values that our best troops possess. He is honest, competent, personable, affable, and a person of his word. I hope whoever owns Beacon has the insight to fully appreciate Zach's qualities and the immensity of tangible and intangible factors that he brings to his company. “I have been going here since the first day it opened all those years ago. Its a great gas station just ran by a Ma and Pa, and they do their best to keep everything flowing smooth and easy peazy. They keep stuff in stock and usually well stocked. I understand pumps may not be working properly all the time but sometimes new parts cost $$$$$. Thats five money signs worth of money! Never have I had a problem with the owners and they have never had a problem with me. They have the usual stuff like e drink ( Bang, rockstar, Nos, etc) beer, wine, candy, snacks and sometimes some cool random stuff that you dont see. Glad to have them as the owners, extremely nice and will try to help all they can.”

“Echelon Apartments is a nice complex in a great location. We lived here for 6 months until our home was ready and we were happy they offered us a 6-month lease option. The 3-bedroom apartment is quite large with enough space for a small house-full of furniture. The location is great if you work on JBLM as the drive is quick and access to I-5 is very close. It's also close to the Lakewood International District with delicious restaurant choices and the Lakewood Town Center. The main office is gorgeous and there is a nice pool and fitness gym. The indoor basketball court looked nice, but it was always locked up. The staff are very nice. My main complaints were the Noise and lack of parking. Some tenants would get very loud late into the night and the Steilacoom Blvd traffic was also loud. Parking can be very difficult to find later in the evenings so it may be worth the extra cost to reserve a covered parking spot or even a garage if they are available. The complex allows dogs of medium to small size and many tenants have wonderful dogs. Some tenants pick up after their dogs while others don't. If you find this review helpful give me a "Like".”

“My kid joined a differnt gym last season in tacoma and ended up quitting. the culture in the gym was not welcoming and the coaches were rude and uncaring. She dreaded going to the gym! She's been cheering since she was 5 so it was real sad to see her walk away. This year she really wanted to try out react and I am SO GLAD we did!! The kids are welcoming and javie is so great with the kids! Even when it's a tough practice she still is excited to come back and is loving it! Can't say enough good things honestly!”

“We got there early the first time…. Then, ~We were very, VERY happy when they finally DID show up! They were late and told us to get there early but not a single soul was there when we arrived..: We thought for a second maybe we had the wrong day? We wanted to get there early and not miss out as it is first come first serve?? Although, first, we had a dilemma ~ My husband needed to desperately find a restroom- unfortunately, not one was open anywhere and we use to live 3 minutes from there!! Ok …so it seemed no toilet, we may be lost or missing a fact here but we knew we got our info right… so? Next, We had drove everywhere and finally found one toilet he could use. lol Do to pandemic can’t catch a break anymore… usually….but we finally went back and there was the Mobile Van! By this time it was after 9:30 or 10? I was surprised how many people were ahead of us! We were originally the first ones there! lol 😂 Anyways, they were very pleasant, kind, nice and professional plus they had the students, volunteers, and future vets (etc) helping out the one Solo Veterinarian whom was so at ease with all the animals. I could tell they were an awesome and amazing organization there for the animals well being and not just there for the darn money…. I picked the “Puppy Package” and hopefully all will continue to go great! I’m saving a bunch of money 💴 & learning a lot! Maybe not exactly the most convenient way like going into an office but I love ❤️ it …. Especially with Covid. I’m sure glad I found this place and I’m even getting a free microchip put in my fur baby (Gracie) & they will even register it for free for me!! That will happen the last visit out of three! So yes! I definitely like this place! Tammy is on the phone lines and always SO, SO VERY helpful while she explained to me everything in complete detail! So, this place was A-OK!
