I ordered two different sizes cause I didn’t remember what I had ordered previously. I figured I could exchange the one that didn’t fit. The next day I had a missed phone call from Jim at SAS. I called back the following day and left a message for him. In the meantime he emailed me and asked if I intended to order two different sizes or if that was possibly a typo. The fact that anyone even noticed the discrepancy amazed me! Let alone reached out to me about it! That is genuine, excellent customer service!
