Because of the rules the park is sparkling clean, safe and quiet. It feels cozy and homey rather than a campground needing a good cleaning. “Beds we're cozy, room is outdated ,but had a nice flat screen TV. There were 6 kids n 2 adults and there were only 2 big towels, two cute size soap bars and didn't want to drink the water. The manager was nice n had a sense of humor, he saved us when all other hotels were full. Thank you.”

“Very nice people. Beds comfortable got room with queen bed. Unfortunately the room didn't have a tub. Weird shower head with limited strength spray, hard to get my hair rinsed. I gave 4 stars for service because people were gone by 6:00 so can't get anything special. Although they aim to please. Complimentary breakfast tasty. No coffee in room. Limited parking behind property. I like more amenities. I probably would not return. Came to Whidbey to celebrate a friends life after passing.”

“We lived there for about a year; when searching for a mobile home park it was the nicest and most affordable park we've seen. The management keeps everyone accountable to the rules so that everyone can be respectful of each other in close quarters. I met many residents that have lived there for years and almost everyone is kind and looks out for each other. Even just walking my dog, neighbors I didn't know would offer me veggies from their garden! If you want somewhere peaceful and you're willing to follow the guidelines, this is the place for you!”

“This place is amazing! It isn’t like a regular campground where you feel like you are on top of your neighbor camper. The field is open, beautiful and feels like you are staying on your favorite ranch! The cabins look beautiful (we are tent camping), the grounds are kept up well, lots of area to explore and the bathrooms are clean, spacious and easily accessible wherever you choose to camp. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! It definitely helps that Judy was so kind and welcoming when I called her as well. We will be back many, many times!”

“We needed a nice place to rest while we conducted a search operation in nearby area. A most pleasant and unexpectedly reserved this place by 1 direct phone call and found this place to be a better upgrade from the Hotel we last stayed in! It may not look much at 1st glance but inside rooms are clean and well stocked. There is even a dog run and covered BBQ area. Our son was with us on this trip and we all enjoyed rest on comfortable beds immensely! This place a hidden gem for the price and kudos for the manager, as this was really clean and well taken care of place that we wouldn't hesitate using again!”

A bunch of hotties came out asap (of coarse my luck, no makeup, looking like Will Smith on Hitched) lol and quickly started to help me after a few questions, a pen looking shot, and a confident ride to the hospital, I was good to go. “Had a great time for only staying one night, a little expensive for what we got but worth getting away. A bit cold to enjoy the outdoors, since it was on the water isn't that part of it. The photo on the website for the room we got was a little deceiving. The breakfast in the morning that we had was good. If we do go back it will be closer to summer and one of the other rooms less expensive.”

“My husband and I have a point of staying away from hotels and stay at locally owned cabins and B&Bs. When we were invited to attend a wedding just outside of Seattle we decided to stay at Casa de Esperanza because it was locally owned, much more affordable than the block reserved for the wedding party, and public transportation was nearby. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Barbara. We were exhausted after a day of traveling. She showed us our room, gave a small history of the home, and told us breakfast would be ready at the time we had discussed through e-mails beforehand. Breakfast each morning was different than the last, organic ingredients were used whenever possible, some ingredients were used from her garden or local vendor who she knew personally, the food was delicious and surprisingly very filling, and the last breakfast of our stay was the best (I won't tell you, but you won't be disappointed)! We stayed in the Orchid Room. It was decorated nicely and to the period of when the home was built. She was very aware of the needs of her guests and the bedroom/bathroom were set up for any guest wishing to stay. Barbara was a wonderful hostess and it was a highlight of our trip when we talked with her in the mornings about our mutual love of art and general conversation of this n' that. We look forward to staying with her again in the future and happily recommend anyone visiting the Seattle area to stay a few nights at this overall wonderful bed and breakfast.”
