“The room seems a bit dated, and at the very least needs a decent maintenance person to come through. The A/C units front face is falling off, the shower pan caulking is cracking and browning. Overall, it's not bad, just minor stuff. The service, the front desk was helpful, but my room wasn't ready for me for almost an hour PASTA the 3pm check-in time, despite arriving at 2:15pm, and the front desk asking the cleaning staff if it was done and ready several times, always getting "15 more minutes and it'll be done". Finally, the front desk lady went up to the room herself, and saw it was done, and got me checked in and a room key. Very thankful for that! The breakfast is basic, but quite tasty, and plenty of it. Their serving time is good too, 6am start! Only ice machine is on the first floor by the main lobby, so that part sucks, but also very minor. Overall, I'm enjoying my stay, on night 2 out of 13!”

We really only gave her the colors of our wedding and a few extra details and she put together the most beautiful bouquets, center pieces, and greenery pieces. She and her husband went above and beyond decorating our venue and staying after the ceremony to move around lanterns and bouquets to reuse for table decor. Not many florists would go that extra mile for a client.”

When we first contacted Megna Painting about our vision to renew the original cabinets that we were keeping and match the stain and finish on them to the new custom cabinets that were being built, Mike assured us that it was possible. We were impressed by his thoughtful suggestions and his willingness to travel to our location. After the new bases were installed, there was a very small time frame to stain and finish the face frames before the countertops arrived for installation. Mike went above and beyond to keep the project on schedule. He worked with the cabinet maker to get the new doors and drawers to his shop for staining and finishing and when it was time for their installation, they were ready and delivered with care. I had a deck that was rotting and the ledger board was pulling away from the house. I was concerned about the structural safety of the house. Alex, the sales rep, was entirely up front and honest. I initially gave him a budget for my deck. He then provided the choices for that budget. He did not try and "upsell" me to try and get me to buy more expensive materials. I finally had to talk him into letting me upgrade some options I wanted and assure him that I really wanted to buy a few more options than the initial number I provided! The build team was outstanding. It was clear that they took a lot of pride in the high quality work they wanted to provide for the customer and also to ensure that the Third Gen company final deck product lived up to the company's top quality reputation.
