She is also very honest, never telling me anything but the truth. I am very happy with my foot surgery. “If you're looking for a relaxing massage, don't see Hanna. She can probably do it but first she will find out WHY you need a massage. Her intake is incredible, her reasoning is stellar. I've been working with her since the 1990's for various things. She told me back then that my one leg was longer than another. She told me the eventual sequellae to this problem if I didn't do this and that, which I didn't do. Guess what! I'm now looking at a surgical solution that includes an artificial joint in my toe and knee pain. She's getting me back on track though. If you're in pain, if your feet, knees, hips, ears, or TMJ hurts she is the one for you.”

“I've lived here over half a year now and they always are very good about fixing things in our apartment when we put in a request. The office is very responsive and always so kind. I think the location is great if you have a pet because it's so easy to walk my dog here. The only reason I'm moving out is because I'm moving out of state. I needed to extend my lease a month and the office sent me an agreement within a day which is fantastic. I'm sad to be leaving and I've really enjoyed this apartment. Again, the management office does a fantastic job and I found them to be reasonable. My dog likes going with me to the office to get packages too because they always give her a treat. So nice.”

“My family and I lived at Fairways for 2 years. Our experience living there was quite good. There was one incident that I can recall that was not so good. The incident took place a couple of months after we moved in. One of our bikes was stolen from the parking garage. This was our mishap because we did not lock and secure our personal items. Thankfully, Fairways have security cameras, and we were able to see the thief on-camera riding on our bike out of the garage. We filed a report with the police and that was about it. This goes without saying, but just be sure to keep all your personal belongings secured and locked. Fairways do have notices around the property informing residents that they are not responsible for any stolen or damaged personal items, so I don’t blame them. Unfortunately, thief happens. Here’s a list of my pros/cons of the property. Pros: 1. Location: The location is convenient. It’s close to shopping centers, schools, clinics, pharmacies, parks, and more. Also, its right next to the golf course, if you’re into golf, that’s a huge plus. 2. Amenities: They have a list of community amenities on the property (full list on their website). Our favorites were the Book Nook (Reading area), spa/hot tub and the swimming pool. 3. Cleanliness: In my opinion, I thought they did well to keep the property clean, especially being a pet friendly environment. The trash room would get a little nasty, but management was quick to clean it up. 4. Management: The management team was good. They communicated well and were very helpful and nice. 5. Individual Apartments: They come with stainless steel appliances (I like stainless steel). Spacious living/dining area. I have three kids, and even with the apartment being fully furnished, they had room to run around and play. I like that the units look modern. Cons: 1. Additional Fee: They charge an additional fee to park in the garage. I don’t like that. I feel that should be included with renting the apartment. But their policy, their rules. 2. Fire Alarm: There have been quite a few times when the fire alarm would set off in the wee hours of the night. It started to happen too often to where we weren’t sure if an actual fire was taking place or just another false alarm. 3. Garage Doors/Elevators: These broke quite often, too. This is an inconvenience, but it’s expected due to its daily use by the residents that lives there. Management was always quick to inform residents of the status and upkeep of the garage and elevators. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Fairways. The management team responds to maintenance requests promptly and do the best they can to resolve issues. The residents I’ve encountered are respectful, friendly, and pretty much stay to themselves. If we didn’t have an opportunity to move into our first home, we would have stayed living at Fairways.”

“I called and wanted to get some vitamin injections and talked to Kim about everything. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and professional. I told her that I worked until 5pm and she advised me that they close at 5pm, but she told me that she was stay after to make sure I picked up the injections today. Kim went out of her way 150%. I am extremely thankful that this company is amazing and absolutely cares for their customers. Ellie was also amazing when I came in for my original session. EXTREMELY passionate and she discussed information about my health that I had no idea about. She broke it down so we’ll that all the big terms made sense. This place is like no other. If you truly want a place that cares about you, your health and well being, PICK Carbon World Health!!”

“We were able to get a seat right away on New Year's Eve. This place happens to be right up the road from where we live and what a find it was! The food was excellent and so was our server. We also enjoyed the wine. We plan to return for some dessert in the future. We were too full from our meal to indulge while there! You won't leave hungry. I'd recommend this place for some wonderful Italian cuisine. It's also small and cozy and appears to have outdoor seating in the summer.”

“Steve's never fails to come through. Twice this season I've placed last minute orders and they had everything I needed in stock, and shipped it lightning fast. They got a new broom to me in North Carolina in less than 48 hours, and new shoes to replace a pair stolen from my car to me in less than 72 hours (on an order placed on a Friday!) to get me ready in time for a league playoff. Years ago, Steve also got me into the Madison club when I was in town to see a friend so I could test some equipment I bought and I ended up getting to curl with Nina Roth for a few hours. They're a great family, incredibly helpful, and they will take care of whatever you need in a fast and efficient manner. I've been buying from them for 12 years now and I'd never buy from anyone else.”
