“Above & Beyond Guest Service! We have been brining our two dogs to Dogtopia in Middleton for about 3 years, and the service has always been great. We recently had an amazing experience with Shauna that I felt compelled to share online. A week ago our two dogs ran away from our home. Their Dogtopia dog tags were noticed by some neighbors and they called Shauna, the General Manager at Dogtopia, and she knew our dogs by description. She then drove to the neighbors house (about 15 minutes away) and retrieved both dogs, took them back to Dogtopia, since I was in meetings and could not pick up my phone. When I eventually got the voicemails from Shauna that she had both dogs safe, at Dogtopia, I was floored. We are so impressed that she would go to such lengths in the middle of her busy day. Above and beyond service yet again, and it shows how much they care about our boys and that feels really good! Thanks Shauna!”

I think about them all often, and I wish that I had an adequate way to express the gratitude I feel for the impact that they’ve had on my children’s lives and futures. The people of KGH have been my allies, advocating and fighting for my children when I felt that no one else cared or understood our situation. For my children, they’ve been teachers, play mates, friends, helpers of all things. My children thrived at KGH and learned skills that they will take with them every day of their lives. And through all of it, KGH was always evidence driven in their approaches, providing colorful charts and 40 page documents that showed how far my children had come and what their next steps would be. Never once did any person at KGH make me feel that my children had limitations. And though there were frustrations with waitlists and insurance at times, it was worth it, and I genuinely think that they accommodated my family more than what was probably reasonable sometimes. If you have the option to have your child be a KGH kid—do it.”

“Okay here is a review that is current. Happening as I write this. I know this place got a renovation and it looks good. Clean, machines are clearly marked when they are out of service, the machine also seems to be emptied often as none of mine had a full sound when coins when in, lint catchers were cleaned out and the bathroom was very clean. It's quiet, has informational signs around for machines and how to conduct one's self and even one for vending machine for drinks. It also has an email for when something is out of order. I think its great. Its accessable and not creepy at all with a brightly lit open room for laundry cleaning. Thanks to whomever got it cleaned up and cares about their business.”

“A friend recommended S&K a while back so I thought I’d give them a try. I stopped on a Monday afternoon to ask if they had time to look at my brakes. They’d been screeching for a week or so. He said he could work it in Wednesday or Thursday if I could drop off the car for the day. I scheduled Wednesday, dropping at 8am. He called around 9 to say it was the rear brakes only and gave me a reasonable quote - if there were no other issues, which I agreed to. He called at 11:00 am when it was completed and I picked the car up at 2:00. Would highly recommend! Friendly people and reasonably priced, not to mention fast service!”

There wasn’t a bunch of food or soda on the counters, behind the counter where food is being prepared was really clean. I was honestly shocked at how clean this KFC was. Previous UPDATE: Bomb! We didn’t wait that long for the food to be done. It was quick. The macaroni was VERY GOOD. The chicken was good too, extra crispy.”
