It was a rocky beginning but supervisor Sarah made sure changes were made to ensure that all donors are being treated with respect and dignity and there not appear to be judgment. I have attended 4x with being able to provide 2x, but the team gave insight on possible causes and motivated me to return. Shout out to Amy, Larry, and the other staff especially on 5/18/2022, who kept donors entertained and pumping to keep minds off of wait time and donation time. 😀 it worked. Others who were disgruntled were offered VIP passes to return and skip a line. Cleanliness 100% and consistent. Amy and gentleman i had are the best (Poker) thus far, but I hopefully get to experience others. Larry is a hoot and with keep you going, just ask him to wait until after blood pressure to Crack you up. I feel name tags should be visible🤷 , so donors know who they can give a shout out to, because there were a few others who were very attentive. Best for last, Sarah (supervisor), contacted me to ensure issues were not just addressed, but changes made to alleviate negative experiences. Thank you Sarah. 😊”

“Dr Deb was a pleasure to work with. We spent time going over my bike and she watched me ride it with all of her instruments to measure. Then she made the adjustments and when I got back on my bike it was like me and my bike were one. I did a few stretching exercises and she had some great recommendations for me as well. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a bike fitting. It was some of the best money I spent. She also printed out specs for me in case I bought another bike. Thank you again!!”

Blackmailed (I might be send to see different doctors, unnecessarily, waist of my time and money). Now I have to call them back tomorrow again to remind them to send that prescription to a pharmacy again!! What a pain. Why it has to so difficult and time consuming and disrespectful?! Update: Jill, the manager of the place, called me the next day. We had a conversation for about 2 minutes. She was respectful, polite and efficient. I've got my medication that evening👍 everything went pretty smooth after she got involved. Thank you. I'm updating my review from 1 to 4 starts in hopes nobody else has to go through horrible experience trying to get medication for 3 weeks. Also I hope the person I dealt with initially would consider improving her professional working skills”

“Enjoyed dinner here for the first time on Friday 2/10/2023, ordered a small Caesar salad (delicious and huge), ordered a small pizza w/sausage, pepperoni, and onion, it was so delicious, the crust was nice and flakey w/a good crunch. MaryJo was the bartender and also our server, she was such a wonderful lady, enjoyed having her take care of me and my friend (she ordered the small Caesar salad and lunch size lasagna (nice portion). Between the service and the food, I will be going back to try other items on their menu. I had interaction with two other lady servers and they both were a delight, very friendly and helpful same at the bartender Mary Jo.”

“I got my septum pierced here a few weeks ago. It was super reasonably priced compared to other locations. Scott was fantastic. He explained every step of the process and the piercing was well placed. He made sure the environment was sterile and my piercing never got infected. The jewelry used was internally threaded which was fantastic because many tattoo shops use externally threaded jewelry which can be irritating. I was in Utah at a piercing studio and the piercer there had great things to say about Body Ritual as well. I would absolutely come here again!”

“Store employee held the door open for me immediately upon arrival as I struggled with my two piece vacuum. He knew the vacuum right away and asked me what was going on with it. He was very personable and assisted me right away after entering the store by plugging it in. Turns out it was a simple button push to reset the belt. My father, sometimes, can be difficult deciding what he wants to order, funny for me, but requires patience from a waitress, but Alex was stellar. What we ordered: Appetizer - New Orleans BBQ Shrimp - the sauce melts in your mouth and it is wicked good. Bowl of Gumbo (which my father loved), order of Jambalaya "Me-Oh-My-A" - amazing, and my father did not like the Shrimp and Grits, but he was able to order Shrimp Po'Boy which he liked. I had a Hurricane cocktail which was delicious. I highly recommend coming to Maxie's. It was enjoyable and delicious.”

“I have lived at the Beloit rd location for almost a month and the staff is super friendly! They are very accommodating and they are very understanding they make me feel like a person every time I talk to them! My studio apartment for example started leaking and when I asked for some one to come and look they came the very next morning. My apartment has an old fuse box and not very sure how it works came home to a black apartment I called and within 20 minutes my power was back on!! Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a classy affordable apartment! my apartment feels extremely luxurious with all of the finishing that they have done to the place and they continue to make improvements! I can't say enough about my apartment and I absolutely love showing it off to my family and friends! ask for Payton she is super professional and wonderful to work with!”
