“The short version: ALL NITE LIMO IS YOUR ONLY CHOICE! The longer version and why I feel this way: There was a last minute opportunity to bring my mother-in-law from NJ to where we reside in CT. I called several companies in NJ and either got no answer or met with an unreasonable quote with all these extra fees due to the distance. When I finally reached Glenn at All Nite Limo, I left a voicemail and he promptly called back. I was met with a caring human being who was determined to find a way to make it happen but only if he could provide the right driver given the distance. Well--within an hour Glenn called back and we were able to workout a VERY reasonable rate for the trip. He then reached out AGAIN via text to share he was wanting to have beverages my mother-in-law would like ready and that he was throwing in a stretch limo for the ride. Our driver Harold was caring, compassionate, and diligent. The drive here was great for mom! Last minute--we decided to have her stay an extra day and Harold and Glenn collaborated to make it happen. Glenn made some changes to find a way to accommodate and Harold obliged with a smile. Why do I share all of this? It is 2020. We are in the midst of a pandemic...and yet...All Nite Limo reminded me...there are still companies who strive to care with the small town family feel. Glenn is one of a kind. Harold is great.
