They have the best service and call you a day in advance everytime. This is my second time having to rent a car from Glen Carbon and I have never been disappointed. Not only that they are extremely responsive and helpful. They make renting a car super easy and honestly a little fun. I was recently hit and had to have work done on my car. Enterprise was at the mechanic shop before I arrived for my 830 appointment. Jonny helped me out this morning and he is very intelligent and gave remarkable customer service. “Trinity worked out perfectly for our wedding. I was able to do all the booking details online with Brittany Martin, who was very responsive and accommodating. Even though our driver was coming from Michigan, and our wedding was in Bowling Green, OH, the driver was on time, and followed the schedule as planned. He was also flexible in adding a couple unscheduled stops at the end of the night. The value was excellent, and getting a shuttle that fit about 25 people for several hours, was much more affordable through Trinity, than hiring a limo for 2 or 3 hours. I am happy with the service that Trinity provided, and everything worked out great!”

“Girls are very sweet and friendly. However, the older guy that was sent out to pick me up I feel is not equipped to handle anyone in a wheelchair. When I got picked up to head to my first destination, I, as with my kids thought I would literally fall from the ramp with how he rolled me on. Sent my anxiety over the roof. After reaching Baker's at twin creek, he proceeds to drive and park on the wrong side. After an Hour, we got picked up, and I asked about the dome lights etc. He said, the back isn't fully closed don't worry about it. HELLO Yes I do worry about this, safety first. I notified the company to let them know and if I were to call back, do not send him.”
