The gal during check in (didn't catch her name, she was back with braids, but I suppose there could be more than one) was super sweet and professional, and did a good job. My only complaint is when I first called the new manager had a bit of a curt tone and seemed stressed. He could take a tip from the Hood River manager (who is always so friendly) on customer service tone in hospitality business. But he did get me the vehicle I wanted which is the most important thing. I would use them again.”

Worked with Carol who provided me with great customer service, especially since I needed to switch cars. After driving my rental car a couple miles, I noticed something was off with the wheel alignment and I didn't feel comfortable driving it around, so I was able to bring it back and Carol made it her priority to make sure I got an upgraded car in perfect condition. No unexpected fees and had great customer service.”

“While having an issue with another store closer to me, I didn’t want to deal with Enterprise. I did talk to someone at the Raytown Missouri office and was happy that I had. They stepped up and while they apologized for my experience in trying to set up my rental at the previous location, they made sure they assisted in a shuttle and all even though they were slightly outside of my area. Tucker and his staff was Great. I hope I don’t have to use Enterprise for another insurance claim as I had been rear ended for this particular visit but no matter what the reason if I have to rent again I would definitely visit Raytown again.”

“We rented an RV from Road Shark for a cross country trip from California to Maine and back over a 3 week span. The RV arrived on time, was clean and provided all of the amenities we would need for a long road trip- cleaning supplies, trash bags, utensils, bedding, etc. was all there and helped minimize what we needed to pack. The RV was in very good condition and rode smoothly, making for a very nice ride across the country. When we had questions regarding the RV we received almost immediate responses from Road Shark to help us along the way.
