I made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance for 8am and had to wait a few minutes for the SUV to arrive but no big deal. I got a great deal on the time duration I needed and the car had only had 600+ miles on it. Check in days later took just a few minutes and we were done. No strange charges or fees tacked on at check in or later, only the price I paid in advance. If you want a really NICE vehicle and need a SUV tell them you want the 2020 black Hemi Durango!!”

“The only item that kept me from giving five stars was the return check-in process. There wasn't any return check-in at all. Had to leave car in an exit lane inside parking lot area as there was no one checking in cars and the entire return lane was totally full. I wanted to know that I had successfully checked in and I wanted a receipt . The process of picking up the car was fine and the car itself was great. Just disappointed at the end This was probably NOT a problem limited to Alamo....it appeared that NO ONE was checking cars in. This airport needs to provide check in agents prior to 8am. Lubbock has too many early morning flights to disregard those passengers who have to drop off early.”

“Representative was very nice and helpful. Line was long because Enterprise was the ONLY car rental agency open due to the covid-19 pandemic. Only one representative was there for a bit. He did a great job of getting the line quickly down. The second employee arrived and was just as friendly and quick. The customer In front of me cussed the employee because he did not have a reservation and no cars were available. The employee handled it with such professionalism and grace. Got a really great deal using my points and the Ford F150 was so awesome that I hated to take it back. Great service! Hope everyone can learn to be kind to retail workers. They are doing the best they can during a very difficult time. Much thanks to these two employees. And to Enterprise for being open when no other rental agency was. Enterprise and these two employees sure earned our respect and loyalty!”
