“This place is great! The staff was very polite and helpful and gave me a rundown of the place. I never knew a carwash like this existed! Because of my company vehicle, I can't go through wash tunnels due to the gear in the back. I've always been rushed to finish in other coin-activated car wash bays. Then rushed with the coin-activated vacuums. Usually, just spray and go to keep my reimbursement cost to $10 bucks. But here, it's UNLIMITED FOR $10 BUCKS?!? That was great! I wasn't rushed either! I got to do EVERYTHING — • soapy brush • high-pressure wash • triple foam cleaner • tire brush bucket with soapy cleaner • air dryer hose • vacuum • air gun (inside detailer) • carpet mat shaker • was offered drying towels! Y'all are lucky to have a local place like this. Anytime I'm working in this area again I'll be sure to detour here to get great customer service and amazing value for the money! I wish there was one in Riverside!”

Just the other day I drove in to purchase some gas, staff member Lisa must have noticed I had handicap plates and cash in my hand and offered to take it inside and bring back my change...brought back fond memories of the “full service” days. “After three years of living in the area, I finally stopped by Sooter's Car Wash. Overall, my first impression was good! The facility's exterior was clean, the wash bay was free of debris, and the allotted wash time was more than adequate for my Corolla. I did notice that I only received 7 minutes and 40 seconds of wash time, but 8 minutes and 20 seconds is advertised for the $5.00 wash (not a big deal). FYI, credit cards are accepted in the wash bay, but you will need change to use the vacuums. Also, keep in mind that vacuum time is around 4 minutes for $0.75.”

“This was my second wash at this location I had a $5 coupon for anyone should I wanted they did a very good job they shine my tires and hand dried it real nice was surprised that tax was added to the price but I got a free wash the last time. The other two places I used to go must have had the taxing their price as it was a flat out price of 20-25 dollars but it won't keep me from going back there. It came out very nice no complaints.”

“My local place, it's a nice gas station, clean, the staff is friendly. I have only had one trip where the staff was anything but helpful, the guy at the counter(who never works the counter) was covering for a sick employee and was a little slow. Big deal, reading some of the other reviews I just shake my head. Why would you review a place you have never been in? And the guy with all the company vehicles, are they incompetent because they refused to give you a discount? That was the first thought I had while reading that review. I don't understand entitled people.”
