One of my towers, I noticed the bass being overwhelmingly louder than the other. Called Bestbuy and got the run around to 5 people, with no answer. Talked with Lowie at customer service for deftech, and he got a new amp approved to ship to my house faster than my phone call to Bestbuy. For me, they stood by their product.
