“This location has been undergoing a remodel for quite a while, and I think the chaotic part is complete?? That being said, they need to work on the in-store online order pick-up situation. Apparently, since the remodel, they no longer have all of the ready-to-pick-up orders back behind the customer service area anymore - some of them are all the way on the other side of the building, forcing the associate to walk across the entire store to pick them up. It took several minutes for her to get mine, which seemed like there could have been a better set-up.”

Having a showroom that you can go to to pick out your fixtures, cabinets, tile, flooring etc was VERY helpful. There were no surprises in either the cost or the time quote. “This is the most modern, bright, well laid out dollar general I have ever been in. I hate going into these stores usually because you are bombarded with stuff and it is stressful going into the store, like pop ups on a web browser. But this one was refreshing and dare I say, enjoyable, to be in. Obviously this is a brand new store, so that's clearly contributing. I only hope they can keep up with it and keep it clean and nice. But for my first visit, it was a pleasure and will definitely be back.”
