Dureck Locklear is prompt and professional, and I know I'm getting quality work every time from an honest person. After he repaired my broken shower, he also adjusted the pressure so that it was perfect for me. On a different visit when water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs tub/shower, he also noticed my kitchen faucet handle needed repair. Norman was extremely personable, arrived on time, and took customer service to a new level. From start to finish, the process was smooth and every plumber I interacted with was professional, friendly, and patient. When we bought our house, we knew it needed a new sewer line. After getting a sewer scope during the inspection, we discovered the old clay pipes were original and definitely needed to be replaced. I reached out to several plumbing companies to get estimates, but none would even review the video from our inspection since we hadn’t officially closed on the house yet.
