“Been using Wallace for just over a month I will say the customer service has been so far professional, and they have been responsive to my concerns. Did have an issue with my system not heating properly took multiple visits by multiple technicians most of them all they did was push a red button to get the heat flowing, but it would only last, at Best an hour finally after the sixth technician came out a young man named Chris 709 he truly took his time coming out late at night and did a deep dive into my system of all the technicians. He was the only one that actually brought in a bag of tools and look like he was ready to do some actual work he looked and looked and was able to diagnose that it wasn’t necessarily just a mechanical problem, but it was more of a technical issue with the electrical system, after using and opening up the electrical switch, he was able to diagnose the problem and it appears that it has been resolved and I have heat and hot water. I was starting to become skeptical about Wallace Energy and some of the technicians they were sending out. This young man has restored my faith in the process. Excellent work, he explain what he was doing, but walked me through the process and actually resolved the issue and didn’t just press a button after 20 minutes and then walked away, excellent work.”

“I own apartment buildings throughout Boardman. I called on a Friday night and while most companies have some overseas answering service after hours, I liked that an actual local person picked up. It was for an emergency drainage/backup at an apartment building. The main drain to the entire property was backed up (photo). They got me scheduled for the next day. Turns out there is no clean out to make clearing the drain simple. John and (I can’t remember the other guy’s name) did an awesome job. They took their time coming up with ideas for the best possible way to attack the given situation instead of just rushing in. We decided removing one of the toilets and going in that way would be the least invasive and least messy way to handle the situation. They were in one of our brand new remodeled apartments and were sure to put towels down and be careful to cleanup, which was appreciated. I’ve used other plumbers in the past who leave a mess behind. They even used towels under their equipment so the equipment didn’t scratch the flooring. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again.”
