“I've been using them for over 15 years. They are very prompt in coming over. My water heater sprung a leak during a blizzard and they were over within 3 hours to replace the unit. The water heater @ my mom's house sprung a leak this fall. They were over within an hour with a pump to clean up the mess. Had a bathroom installed and entire job was done in less than a week (gutted and put in a few bath in a single bath home). Was able to use toilet every evening when they were done. (of course couldn't take a shower for 6 evenings) but they did a great job from walls, electric, fixtures, tile (some work was subcontracted).”
