“I can’t say enough good things about Melissa. She had her work cut out for herself from the beginning, knowing that I had a smaller budget than this crazy market would seemingly allow. When my landlord changed her mind about letting me stay for a few extra months while I house hunted, Melissa kicked her search into high gear. Melissa never teased me with homes I couldn’t afford. After one contract fell through due to the sellers being less than forthcoming about some significant issues, Melissa asked me to keep faith that the perfect home was out there for me. She found the cutest little home in a lovely neighborhood.
