“I had J&B Roofing replace my 25 yr old roof which had a leak or two. Initially got a quote in Dec ‘20, and just had it done in late May ‘21. Manny stuck to the price originally quoted. Roof, gutters, some rotted trim, and some siding. I provided trim and siding material. I decided to replace all of my facia boards as well. Manny agreed to that with a very fair price adjustment. The team that showed up executed the job on a day when heavy rain was expected later that evening. It was like watching a ballet. Everyone had a job and did it expertly and quickly. By the time a few drops were falling I had a beautiful new roof and new gutters and a clean yard. The chimney flashing was perfect. I got Manuel’s name from a friend who hired a local contractor to do his roof. That contractor sub’d it out to J&B, and made a tiny profit for doing nothing. My friend is a real stickler when it comes to work on his house. He loved the result and the way it was done. Thats why I chose these guys. I recommend without reservation.”

The total cost of repair was going to exceed $1,000. I contacted Excellent services group for a second opinion. Luis responded to my request immediately and scheduled a tech to be at my house ASAP. Juan called me in the morning and I explained to him the issues with my AC. He assured me he could fix any AC, even with one wire. Juan arrived at my home and was very professional and was able to fix all the improper wiring from the prior company and get my AC running.
