“I had the opportunity to call Scott at M&M Enterprises after having dealt with several of the big name roofing companies out of Tulsa. What a difference working with a local business makes! Scott came on-site the same day, physically measured the project, did his calculations with pencil and paper and gave me the most reasonable quote I had for the project. We struck a deal on a handshake and had the roof replaced in under a week. His crew did had the old roof stripped in a few hot hours in the afternoon of day one and had the new shingles down by lunch time on the second day. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris and hauling it off. “I just wanted to say that if you use Max Exteriors that you will not be disappointed. Even after completing the job Jeremiah Ramirez came back out to investigate an issue with my Solar System. It was determined that I had a defective Inverter and needed it replaced. He recommended calling the supplier and letting them know what was found. After speaking with the company they went ahead and sent me out a NEW inverter at no cost to me. Without Jeremiah’s knowledge I would have ended up paying for a new inverter at a cost of $1800! When I received the new Inverter Jeremiah wasted no time to squeeze me in to his busy schedule to get the Inverter installed and get us back up and running. Talk about going above and beyond! “Frido and Solis have replaced two roofs for me, one in Dec 2021 the other in Dec 2022. They do quality work. My house, built in the 70's had some truss damage and quite a bit of plywood damage. Frido did the estimate and was there working with his crew the entire time. They repaired the truss, replaced 30 sheets of plywood, installed Cetertainteed Landmark architectual shingles and completed the job in a day and a half. I would highly recommend Frido and his crew. Lance came out and gave me an inspection with a very reasonable quote. Once I decided to go with Roofing Done Rite, they were at my house in a very reasonable amount of time. The job was completed within 1 day. It astonished me how quickly his crew was able to get the job done. There were some minor issues that I discussed with Lance and he had his crew come back out and fix the issues no questions asked. The crew was very polite even though they had to be on that roof during some pretty hot weather. After the roof was done they came back out and installed some very nice black gutters on the house (not pictured). I am very happy with the results and with Roofing Done Rite. They started at 8:00 a.m. and were completely done, and packed up by 2:30 (same day). Stand-Outs - Extremely well organized! They put tarps all the way around the house to catch old shingles, nails, and other debris. -The cleanup crew picks up debris constantly throughout the entire process. They used magnets tool to pickup any nails in the yard. High quality! -They fixed damage from a tree that feel on our house. Replaced 16 sheets of OSB, and fixed the soffit. True Integrity! - Felix is honest and does what he says he’ll do. -No hidden charges or cost. They designed custom molding trim to cover sun bleach lines from our previous metal roofs trim, researching warranty standards for ridge vents in our style of home, and kept an eye out for the cheapest colors available for the style of composite shingle we wanted.
