“I had a massive leak with a roof that was 28 years old (Way beyond its life expectancy). I call Monsoon Roofing to have a new roof put on. I put in a lot of effort and time to research the materials that should be used. I wanted materials that were proven to work for 15 plus years. Monsoon Roofing fit the bill. They came on time, gave me an estimate (no high pressure tactics were used). They worked diligently on my roof to get it finished. The workmanship is impeccable with all of the metal trim pieces and clay tile, they touched up where it was needed. Just an amazing job well done. I look at my roof verses other roofs through the neighborhood. I am certainly glad I chose them to do my roof. Everyone that has worked on it, delivered to it, or inspected it, are just amazing, courteous, and respectful people. You would be crazy not to use them.”

“I should have written this review sooner, since R&D fixed our screened porch roof several months ago, but time got away from me. I did not want to miss letting others know what a wonderful company this is. We had our porch built by someone who turned out to be not only a poor craftsman, but also a dishonest and unscrupulous person. When the roof continually leaked, we had him come out numerous times, but he just didn't seem to be able to fix it (or perhaps he just didn't really care). We sought legal advice, sent him letters, etc., but he didn't respond. Obviously, we had to hire someone else to fix the roof, which required tearing it completely off and building a new one. We had a number of estimates, which varied greatly in price (and somewhat, in technique, as well). I finally called Ray at R&D, after reading excellent reviews online and seeing his A+ rating on BBB. I am so totally relieved that we chose this company. They did a fabulous job, and his price was very reasonable. After the work was done, it rained heavily, and the roof did leak. I called Ray on a Friday, and his crew was there the next morning to fix the leak. That was in March (almost 4 months ago) and it has not leaked since. The roof looks great, and our troubles with this whole situation are over. I cannot recommend R&D Roofing enough. I will definitely use this company again anytime I need a roof built or repaired.”

“I would highly recommend Five Points Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. These Google reviews do not lie! I called Five Points Roofing because I noticed an extremely small leak in our sunroom. Nathan the roofing consultant showed up on time and took a look at our roof. He indicated we had hail damage! From that point on Nathan took charge in dealing with the insurance adjuster and got it approved. We were getting a whole new roof! I was truly amazed! The repairs were planned and that morning I met with David the project manager. David walked me through what was going to happen that day. His team of roofers stripped the roof, repaired much of the damage to the sub roofing and started installing the shingles. This was like watching a swat team of skilled roofers.
