He came a second time to meet with my insurance adjuster. He was able to work with her to help identify damaged areas and discuss repairs. He came back a third time to make those repairs, replacing damaged shingles and securing shingles lifted up and vulnerable to wind and storms. I couldn’t have been more pleased and grateful for the work he did. Blake is very easy to talk with, communicative about exactly what he will do, is professional, knowledgeable, and did exactly what he said he would do. The original inspection, meeting our adjuster, going over everything from what to expect and how it works, just wonderful. Communication is huge with me and he far exceeded my expectations of a contractor. The day before our roof was being replaced he told us his crew would be there at 6:30 in the morning and to please have the driveway cleared. Right on time!! The crew showed up at 6:29 in the morning and immediately got to work. They worked hard, fast, and they have a wonderful system. Derek even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. From start to finish, 100% satisfaction. I will recommend and use them again should I (hopefully never 🤪) ever need a roof.”

I’m in need of some other non roof work and am planning to call Rob again for an estimate and wanted to see his reviews since this platform wasn’t really around when I first used him. Probably about 10 years ago I had a roof leak around a skylight. Called a company and they never showed up. Called Robert from an ad I saw on the back of those free newspapers they leave on your porch. Rob came and did the job but next rain still had some water. Called him back and he gave it a second shot. Next rain still had some remaining leak. Called him back and he gave it a third shot. This time they got it. What I’m getting at is you always hear horror stories about contractors so you’re always left wondering about the service you’ll get. When after the initial attempt to fix the leak I continued to have problems I figured I’d never get this guy back but he kept coming back until the leak was gone and without additional cost beyond the initial estimate and without any attitude. Based on that I had told my wife when the time comes for a new roof I’d definitely add him in my list of estimates.”
