“We recently moved to Evergreen and needed to have our concrete tile roof inspected. Dane came out, gave us a professional evaluation (which was that we didn't need to have any work done immediately), and let us know to reach out if anything else came up. When we had a small leak recently, I reached back out to Dane. He was able to come out right away and quickly identify the cause of the leak. He was able to complete the repair same day (during the same visit!), addressing the issue at a very reasonable rate. I couldn't be happier with Dane's level of customer service. Our call was returned right away, and JGA even had someone out there measuring our roof the following morning! The owner, Jose, personally gave us a call once he heard our situation due to a pending sale. He not only expedited our estimate but then rearranged his ongoing work to squeeze us into one of his crew's schedules. And what a crew! They arrived as promised, promptly first thing in the morning. They took extra care moving what was possible and draping all remaining items to avoid damaging. When the roofing supplier dropped the ball by arriving hours later than promised and without a mechanical unloader, completing the job that same day seemed impossible. The crew unfazed, created a human assembly line and by hand and up a ladder moved all material from the ground to the roof! Job completed just before sunset, and amazing job with cleanup. Top quality crew work, top quality service. Can't recommend JGA Roofing enough.”
