“After we had significant hail damage (baseball size from the tornado) we called Max and had him come by and do a roof inspection. He responded the next day and confirmed the damage. We notified the insurance company. Max (plus 1 other) were here when the adjuster showed up and they went over the damage together. When the adjuster decided that only part of the roof was damaged, Max was a great help when we appealed the decision. He came out and took more pictures as evidence of the additional damage. We finally got a second adjuster and Max came back out and went over the damage with him. This time we got the whole roof approved. When we finally got the check, Premier promptly sent out Marty to explain the whole process and answer all our questions. Another great individual. The roofers showed up a week later and they did an awesome job. Great bunch of guys to work with. We are extremely happy with the job . Would definitely hire them again. The valley lines are straight and it is straight. I decided to use them was because his crew had been with them for long term.
