“I was in a pinch for time and needed a fast, full roof repair with better venting as well. The owners and project manager were in direct contact each step of the way and were able to get me scheduled and the full roof replaced within 6 days of signing the work order. They were even able to come one day earlier than promised which was amazing. I received 5 other bids for this project and nobody else was able to prioritize the time sensitive needs or provide their service for a reasonable price like Gibson did. They were very upfront about everything to expect while others avoided sharing this information. As a bonus, I had a very minor issue that was unrelated to their quality efforts with my roof. Upon mentioning a problem with a small break in my fence, they sent out a representative the very next day to fix it for me without charge and with high quality service. This has been the best home improvement experience I have had over the past 17 years. I will be recommending them to friends and neighbors. “Tornado damage was extensive, by the next day they had plywood on the windows and tarps on the roof. They are swamped with so much damage control everywhere. We get that some times the guys had to help others..we were willing to wait our turn, and do as much as we could to help the process along. But they have stayed lazer focused on having workers there. A day didn't go by with out a worker there. Everyone is topnotch in ability and professional attitude. 2 1/2 months ago, trees debris, mud, blown out windows, holes in roof ,busted framing, barn flat, what a huge mess! So much so we didn't know where to start. This company did.”
