“Great place to store your RV or boat! My husband and I just purchased our first 24ft travel trailer and were able to reserve a spot online - quick, easy and efficient. When it was time to pick up our newly purchased travel trailer from the dealer to transport to storage it took longer than expected so it fell after normal business hours for the storage facility. I realized I didn't have my access code to get into the facility and Rebecca ran back up to the storage facility to ensure we could get in when we arrived. I don't know about others, but for us - that type of customer care is non-existent in most cases! I was impressed and greatly appreciated it as I didn't want to have our brand new travel trailer parked just out on the street in our neighborhood overnight. When we arrived (late evening) I was surprised by the size of the lot and that it was all nicely paved. I highly recommend!!! SLM will forever have our business!”

“It was definitely a positive experience storing my personal effects at this location. Easy access, pull right up to the unit, wide driveways, no hassle. Prices are competitive with specials offered online frequently. Manager Randy stays on top of keeping the place clean and maintains a great rapport with customers for sure. The place is open daily 7 to 7 so if you need to access the facility outside these hours, plan accordingly. Will definitely use this storage facility again if and when I’m back in the neighborhood.”

“Appointment time was 11pm. Got a door at 3:31am, and I asked when they're gonna be done unloading she said: "We're behind so it may be 3 to 4 hours." So I go 4mph and I don't move my clock. To get into my door I had to u-turn in the lot so I don't blind side back. Luckily, there's not a lot of trailers parked in front of my door, so I have room to maneuver as much as I need to. There's grass so I can take my dog potty BUT I ALSO PICK UP AFTER MY DOG so please don't ruin it for the rest of us. I caught up on some much needed sleep so that I can make it to my next pick-up, so that's why my review is good. If you need to put yourself in sleeper when you get here, I'd go ahead and do so. You'll get PLENTY of sleep while you're sitting here. They don't offer on sight parking but I mean..... if you're sitting here as long as I have you're technically already getting overnight parking. You'll have to pay for a lumper fee here as well. DONT move when your light is green. Paper work takes super long to be ready.”

They have carts set up at every entrance to help with heavy things. Having a double layer of security (you need a code to get in the gate, and the doors) makes me feel safer for both my things and myself when we’re there after dark.”
