“I don’t just give a 5 star review without it being an honest opinion of the shop, and this shop deserves just that. The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced in quite a while. The store attendant took her time to make sure I saw all the unique items and services they carry. They have an embroidery area in the back of the store for personalized gift. Whether it’s a robe, bag, or children’s items, they embroider in house. I was breezing through the shop, not having time to sit down and eat, but I’m definitely coming back to try their lunch. The smell was intoxicating. And their beautifully decorated cookies for the Halloween season were very tempting! This shop has a little bit of everything but it alphas the most of us authenticity and character.”

“I recently took my bike here for a tune up afternoon riding for about 5 years. It is always a concern that places will overcharge or perform unnecessary changes. NOT HERE. So reasonable and direct! I just talked to them when I dropped it, and immediately they inspected on a repair stand assessing the bike. No hidden activities. No surprises. Just straight talk and reasonable prices. “I have been visiting the store for the past three years very consistently, the new manager Dan has made such an improvement. I had begun to think I would stop coming here because it was such a dirty mess, things stacked not compartmentalized. Then Dan came in and fixed everything, opened up space, made smarter use of the space. Got rid of all the old junkie stock that wasn’t selling, picture frames, and stuffed animals. Things are clean, organized, aisles are easier to shop. It’s just a pleasure to be in the store now.”

“Im your average gamer, no expert but im also very protective over my computer. I had switched from windows os to Linux os because im not thrilled with windows and the 11 update. Come to find out, all my games were incompatible and required multiple 3rd party apps to convert, launch and run the games. And then all the code you have to know, linux is basically run completely by code commands, I don't like that, too much to try to remember. So I decided to switch back to windows and update to 11. While I was trying to install windows, the computer couldn't figure out which drive to use and wanted me to pick. I have 4 drives all with stuff on them and Google was telling me to delete the drive with linux os, I have no clue which drive had the os and don't want to accidentally delete the wrong drive. I took my computer here and they were able to scan the drives to determine where linux os was. They then installed windows 11 on the correct drive, as well as updates and confirm windows was installed correctly and working properly. Back home, everything seems to be working properly and so far all my games are working smoothly. Thank you guys! This is an expensive gaming pc that I am very careful with, so I was very nervous about screwing up the drives. They were very friendly and explained everything. I was able to pick up my computer the next day. I definitely recommend PC Touchup if your having pc problems! Thanks again”
