“Zero pressure experience from beginning to end. After our date, the wife was curious about a new Lexus and so we popped in to look around and surprisingly - no sharks circling. We were free to look around at our leisure and Vinny, a polite young man said “if you have any questions, let me know. I’ll be right over there”. The wife’s attention was snagged by a brand new white Lexus with the “peanut butter” interior. We asked about it and talked some numbers with Vinny but we had to skidaddle so we said “we’d think about it and be in touch.” Again, no sales pressure at all whatsoever…no awkwardness where the customer is just trying to make an escape. (Blink three times if you’re in trouble) The next day, we were at brunch and got a follow up call from the general manager. He offered his apologies if the sales consultant was too aggressive and I said “ NO WAY…Vinny was great!” I told the GM I was bringing our other car in for a possible trade and the GM said he’d like to meet us when we got there and he did. We arrived and the trade in experience was totally painless. I was expecting an insulting low-ball offer but that was not the case…again, pleasantly surprised. They gave us a very respectable, reasonable offer. Hands down, this has been the best experience I’ve had buying a new car, period. We felt valued and appreciated the entire time we were there. They’ve earned lifelong customers - give them a try for yourself and you’ll see what I’m talking about..”

Above all else, the customer service I was provided with was exemplary. Their employee Daniel was very helpful. He went above and beyond for me in an instance where I had to cancel an order that I made. He managed the insurance company and the contact with my bank to ensure that the money I spent was promptly returned. There might be less expensive options for eye care but you will not easily find the quality of care and service that InView has to offer.”

“Nightmare of a week. My laptop fell off the coffee table and would not start. AND a couple days later my external hard drive suddenly stopped working. Of course, I had so many files on these hard drives. I called for some help and dropped off my stuff. Within a day I got a call back with a diagnostic and cost to repair. “I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”

“Everyone was helpful and kind at this location. They helped us find things in their very large and ever changing inventory. It's basically a large flea market. Some items are modern, and some smell of age. We were here for about an hour when some of our group had to exit due to mold sensitivity. There's no public bathroom at this location, but there's a gas station nearby that has one. There's also a bar connected that offered their restroom. We felt very welcomed by staff that we decided to check out their other location. We were interested in the video game selection at the other location. Unfortunately, the other location lied to us about the video game consoles that we purchased being tested, and they wouldn't let us test it. I wouldn't recommend buying gaming things from this store unless they allow testing. All sales are final, so you'll be hoping that you didn't just spend your weeks pay for something that doesn't work. If you're looking for something else, there's a lot of different things and an inventory that will change. It's a possibility of finding many interesting items that don't need to be tested. I can’t recommend the other location for anything outside of that either, and it's a smaller store. It was a fun adventure overall for our family celebration. I was just upset about being lied to and wasting hard earned money on a console that was promised to work.”
