“I just wish trains will stop by Newark station at all times instead of stopping in Wilmington station and have people use the 59 dart bus. * station is nice with a lot of free Parkings.”

“Parking lots are a little difficult to access, but there's a pedestrian tunnel that leads to the north side of the tracks. The station is adjacent to the police station, but you'll never see any officers patrolling the area. The station and lot are also pretty dark at night. There are street lights, but they are extremely low power.”

“Clean, quiet, warm waiting area with public restrooms. Announcements about incoming trains both indoors and outdoors. Includes both parking and a drop-off/pick-up area. A bike rack is available, as well. On the other hand, the NCS line has rather limited service on weekdays, and no service on weekends. There is extensive freight train service on this line, which has the propensity to cause more delays than the MD-N line, which also has service nearby. There are quite a few steps up to track level (and the waiting area) from the parking lot. And this particular station can become briskly cold, with feirce winds in the harsh Chicagoland winters.”

“Iconic B&O RR architecture by architect Baldwin. Still in daily use.”

“Great station, free parking and easy accessibility. The exit could be improved, always a mess leaving at the traffic light. If the right turn lane was extended and sensors to extend left turn time traffic would flow better.”

“Very affordable prices, comfortable and quiet ride love it”

“Camp Lake, Grass Lake, and the Chain o' Lakes? Wonderful access to all that is via Fox Lake to the west on this line from here. This station also has direct access to the North Shore areas to the southeast and downtown Chicago further south.”

“A stroke of genius! If you are in the city you can access either train line and return to your car's parking lot. Sometimes you just want to catch the train with the schedule that matched your own on any given day, no problem!”

“Awesome, informative customer service and pleasurable riding experience. Chose this over Amtrak because they allow my luggage.”

“One of the stations with a large parking area, at least by Septa standards. Still need to pay for parking manually with quarters in giant plinko-like boards, which is crazy at this point, but it is only 1$, so be sure to pack your quarters. In my experience on weekdays you need to be there by 8am to have the best chance to get a spot. After that you are really pushing your luck. Currently under construction, but it only impacts a small % of spaces. There are no services offered here (tickets, snacks, etc.).”
