“Captain Matt and Beth are amazing guides to the AMI shoreline and waters. By far the most enjoyable boating experience we’ve had at AMI. So easy to book and then we had plenty of time to look for wildlife (sand dollars, shells, crabs) and we also saw dolphins and an osprey. We wish we had booked earlier - I would have loved to have a second trip out with them! Laid back and so helpful. They were the perfect team for our families. Plus the boat had so many toys! “These people are super friendly and very friendly. We did the Pedal/Paddle where you take one of their rental bikes and travel up river 9 miles. They meet you there with watercraft to float down the Middle Yough back to Ohiopyle. We chose to use Duckies, which are inflatable kayaks. The entire trip took 6 hours. The bike part was wonderful. The river was low, and we got stuck multiple times in the shallow areas. Great exercise because you have to work to get through these areas. A couple of nice rapids that were a blast. The only problem was my duckie seat back leaked all the air, so I had no seat back most of the trip”

“My sister and I booked this ride during a trip out to Arizona. There are many trail riding places in this area so it was hard to know which to choose but we went with Wild West Horse Adventures and I am SO glad we did! This is a wonderful and professional horseback riding trail company. Both of us grew up riding but my sister hasn’t ridden in a few years and I can be a bit timid outside of the arena at times. We needn’t have worried - the horses are calm, sweet and responsive. We had Tito and Banjo - loved them both! They were extremely steady yet didn’t seem depressed or sour like a lot of rental trail horses can be. It’s clear they take good care of these horses and they are very well trained. Our guide, Kasey, was literally the sweetest, it felt like being on a relaxing trail ride with a friend. They do provide snacks and water for the ride which is very thoughtful. We did the one hour ride and it was a lot of fun, beautiful scenery and not too challenging of terrain. Kasey took lots of pictures of us before and during our ride so we have some great photos of our fun ride. We even got to feed the horses treats when we were done! I would recommend this place to anyone whether a seasoned rider or a beginner. We will definitely be back - hopefully for a longer ride!”

“Wow! We stayed here as part of our Harvest Host membership. We really did not know what to expect when we booked this great HH! I haven't been to a living history neighborhood since I was a kid and we really enjoyed it. Upon arriving we entered and received a very thorough overview of what was open and a little history of Old Salem. Purchased our tickets and set off. Make sure to arrive early as you will want to spend some time touring the homes and shops. We enjoyed the whole village even though we arrived a little late. We checked out all of the open houses and really learned a lot. Parking area was paved and not so level but the auto level was able to correct without any blocks under the jacks. We expected a little more noise for being so close to downtown but it was super quiet! When we woke up we walked through the village again and spent some time on church street exploring more of the neighborhood. We were the only ones there for the night so we had this place all to ourself. We enjoyed or stay here and will plana return trip once some of the other houses open again.”

“I had a fabulous stay at Bungalow341 this March. Bungalow341 is a quintessential 1920'S Santa Cruz beach bungalow at Pleasure Pont. The owners have maintained the charm of a classic "beach bungalo" with modern upgrades and nicely appointed touches to the interior as well as the exterior. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit on the front pourch as well as time spent in the hot tub in the back yard. Loved the gas BBQ for the evening grill and many mordern appliances to make cooking just like home or if we felt like eatng out there were several restaurant close by and within walking distance. The beach is just steps away. Perfect Pleaure Point Santa Cruz expierence, can't wait to go back!”
