“For a school that many people have not heard of, Baruch has a surprisingly good reputation in NYC. It is best known for its large Accounting network as the Big 4 hire heavily from Baruch. The Master of Financial Engineering program is the #2 ranked program in the world (ahead of MIT). I doubt many people on GMAT Club are applying to the MFE program, but it does bolster the reputation of the school a bit in the Finance field. The Full-Time MBA program is 50% international which is why it is important that the Big 4 recruit heavily from Baruch since they offer sponsorship. However, if you are not an Accounting major, you might find the internship recruiting a bit tougher. It is definitely on the student to dedicate substantial time to recruiting, as he/she should not rely on career advisors to hold his/her hand through the process. That being said, Baruch really is a decent Business School as long as you are not expecting the same treatment from recruiters that your peers at NYU or Columbia will receive. It is obviously a lower-tier school, but the tuition is affordable (especially if you are a New York resident), and they also offer many partial scholarships. The cost of living should definitely be a factor, as Baruch is located in the heart of Manhattan, so about 50% of the full-time MBA program lives outside Manhattan.”

“I’m really glad I chose to do my LPN here. I’ve looked everywhere, and made my deduction to start my career here. School is small but very personal. You’ll get to know everyone by name, and be able to communicate with every one in administration in person, when ever you want. Everyone who works here has a great attitude and personality. I really appreciate how much attention they put into every individual student. You will never have any problems here. You do only one class at a time so you won’t be stressed. Everyone is here to support you the whole way. You won’t regret it!!!”

“As a student at Free Grace Bible College I had learned more about the bible and how to apply it to my ministry in faith. Before this college I have never completely read and understood the new testament. Now I am able to but what I have read within the bible and share with others who are unbelievers. It has helped me grow tremendously not only as a person, but more with Jesus Christ my savior. This college has given me the tools to be able to do more outreach with those lost in their faith and become a better leader in the Christian faith.”

“The principal of this school is a true blessing. He cares about every one of his students and their families. As an alternative to traditional high school, SEEO is the best choice you could make for your child. The students' schedules are very flexible and the teachers are attentive and helpful. I wouldn't send my child anywhere else.”

“I attended flight training here and learned a little about aircraft maintenance. Dave is the instructor and operator of the facility. He is by far the best instructor that I know. I enjoyed greatly his experience and patience with my schedule. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to take flight lessons and get their tailwheel endorsement. Thank you Dave! I'll be back soon for more flying.”

“I was part of the first class at this dental assistant school, and I absolutely loved it!! They have the best teachers who are really knowledgeable on all aspects of dentistry. They make you feel completely confident and prepared for a career in dental assisting when you finish their course. Dental assisting is an interesting, exciting, and in demand job right now; and I would highly recommend this school to anyone interested in the field.”

“Had my introductory flight here, first time in a small plane. The instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly, as were the rest of the people I spoke too in the office. Definitely planning on pursuing my license here. Mike made the license process very clear and was helpful with recommendations and giving me an accurate picture of what that process would look like and cost. Highly recommend sunshine flyers!”

“I did the full "bush pilot" experience which involved staying on site, flying their variety of planes and getting out all over the area. I would start by saying that Jon is a fantastic pilot - probably the best I have flown with. He was also able to teach a bunch of different things for a zero experience tailwheel pilot, ending in an endorsement. The facility is an admirable creation of every pilot's dreams. Cabins, a bunch of planes and a private runway. It was a great variety for me. Went to a forestry service cabin, was able to stay in a more remote fishing town and got all over. I really appreciated flying the different planes to get a varied experience. Flying among the glaciers and landing in remote areas was very exhilarating (eventually doing it myself). By the end of the 5 days, I felt a lot more confident in all aspects of back country flying. I may have been slightly better served by hammering the basics before getting out in the bush (doing your typical 10 touch and go lesson - every CFIs favorite) but everything was great.”
