Stopped by Main Street Bicycles today hoping they had the means to repair the bike seat/post. It turned out, there was a piece of hardware missing completely unbeknownst to me. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was able to swap out the bike post and set me up with a complete hardware set to complete the repair. Thank you so incredibly much! “I came into the store about a week and a half ago on a Friday 9-29-2023 because I did not have the tool to remove my rear cassette ( 21 speed mountain bike) I was going to buy the tool from them when they couldn't find the tool to sell me they went ahead and took my cassette off for me did not charge me these guys are awesome! Went back 10-4-2023 with my loose rear wheel in the hand to have them install a tube for me because I could not get my tire and tube on with a tannus armor liner inside. They were honest with me when they said they could not either and refunded my money on the spot these guys are honest and awesome and I will always go back to them from now on!!”
