Everyone is so nice and motivating and as someone who has struggled with their weight and fitness for years, they never make me feel like I don't belong. They're very accommodating. “Great, quiet gym. All the machines you could ask for and then some. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs. Tanning is offered but not included in membership. Morning day care is included. Weekend hours could be more convenient be being open later. Cash bar for pre and post drinks. Membership is definitely pricey considering all of the pop-up $10/mo gyms lately. It's worth it for me due to proximity to home plus how low-traffic it is. Never have to wait for machine and everyone who goes here knows proper gym etiquette!”

I joined the Howe Fit at Home online community back in May for a Shred for Summer program and it has been one of the best choices I have made. I had a meal plan custom created for me and my trainer was flexible in making changes whenever I needed them. There are a variety of live classes daily as well as recorded options to choose from to help fit your schedule.
