Bisbee is so near and dear to my heart and also my parents so this place brings us so much joy! Firstly, I am so glad to see another breakfast oriented family friendly diner open in Chandler. I love the kitchey poo culture Bisbee decor so much. But, more importantly, this place delivers on a straight forward tasty small diner menu. BBB delivers on their entire “made-from-scratch” menu and I won’t stop until I try a majority of the menu, everything has been more than delicious this far, and I am definitely not a quitter.”

“Little Cay was good. I had heard about it from someone at work, so I went for take out after work. I've been back once so far and have recommended it to several others. The owner is first to admit this is not straight up food from any one place in the Caribbean. It is a Latin Caribbean fusion. I have enjoyed Caribbean and Latin foods, and the food is excellent. The sauces I've found to be a bit more heat spicy than I've been used to in similar foods (Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Ecuador), so I may avoid those in the future, just a warning to those who have problems with spicy like I do.”

“As you pull up through the drive thru or to the counter there is no lack of manners from the staff. Whoever is taking care of you, takes care of you with a nice big smile. As for the coffee, I haven't had the opportunity to try anything other than the mint chip chiller as mint is one of my favorite flavors, but after trying it I was very pleased that the flavor of the coffee beans did not appear to taste over roasted and was very smooth. Now when getting a drink with flavoring I am often worried that it would be too sweet as my sweet tooth is not where it was in younger years. To my satisfaction I was able to enjoy the drink without feeling as though I was swallowing tons of sugar with every gulp. The sweetness was subtle without an overbearing taste of sugar. I will be returning as I have often done and hopefully will try something new if I can bring myself not to get the mint chip.”

“Personally, I just love shrimp, so if you offer a reasonably priced shrimp basket, I'm going to be there. It's not like the food stands out as amazing, but it's good, and they have that aforementioned reasonably priced shrimp basket. The parking lot gets a bit hairy by the drive through line, but people have been pretty good about letting cars out.”

“Amazing drinks! So far I have tried 3 types and I love all of them! The place is clean and spacious. The staff are very nice and welcoming. My friend and I go there to study most days and they are very nice to us and respectful. They also sell food there. I have tried their egg rolls and fried rice. The fried rice was a bit oily but tasted really good. I would highly recommend this place. Just make sure to part at the "retail parking" lot. They also have a sign on the door incase you forget to park in the appropriate place. Oops: just recently found out, if you have dietary restrictions that prevent you from eating pork, DON'T EAT THE EGG ROLLS!”

“I tried this place a couple years ago and liked it. I took my girl the next week. The service was so bad we swore we wouldn't come back. We gave this place another chance recently and we are so happy we did. The service seems to have improved and the food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Our server last night went so above and beyond. He even offered to cut our coconut in half when he saw we were struggling to get the meat. Having worked in a Vietnamese restaurant, that is no small task. Those things are a pain to cut. They have great spring rolls and fried egg rolls. My favorite is the Pho Tai with the rare meat on the side and brisket. My girl loves the Mai's fried rice.”

I could say there was maybe two things out of everything we have tried we didn't really like, one being a drink, which the bartender had no issue making us something else as she could see it wasn't something we liked. She ended up making us something else that was really good.
